Well. The 2 young men working were really upbeat, friendly and engaging. So that was nice. I ordered the cold roast beef sandwich to go. Was super excited to sit down and eat, opened my sandwich and found turkey. Super disappointed. I ate it because I didn't feel like driving back and turkey is OK, but it wasn't the roast beef I wanted.

This location has had issues with their soda machine for the last year. I ordered meals with sandwiches, chips and drinks. The diet drinks did not work. I was given "grief" when I wanted a re-fill on my soda and they had to give me another can that I didn't think I should have to pay for. I also ordered a grilled cheese for my daughter. When I have ordered that here, and at other locations, it's a warm sandwich with melted cheese. It wasn't heated. I went and asked if they could microwave it a little to melt the cheese and was told (very curt and blunt) "Next time tell us if you want it hot before you order it." The food was good, but for the amount I am paying for 4 sandwiches I would expect a bit more in the service. Staff was not warm and friendly in any way.

Came in for lunch on a rainy day and ordered the hot caprese specialty sandwich. Very tasty and enjoyed the famous sourdough bread! The place was busy, so service was a bit slow, but overall a good place to stop for a sandwich & soup.

Quality of the sandwiches and friendliness of the staff are never an issue at this location! That said...I ordered and paid for an 8" sandwich today, but when I got back to my office and opened the wrapper, the sandwich seemed "small". Out of curiosity, I actually measured the sandwich and found it was just under 6 1/2 inches. Hopefully simply an "honest mistake" and not a "cost cutting measure" being absorbed by unassuming customers.

I came in the other day and it was so hot. They did not have the back door closed I felt very unsafe with all the homeless people back there. I could see them walk past it was disgusting I waited over an hour for my food and just before I was about to ask for a refund they gave me my sandwich. It was burnt the lettuce was toasted which is so nasty and gross. There was barley and meat and more cheese than a cow could make. I am very. Very. Very. Disappointed I had high hopes this location should just be closed I’d rather go to subway and spend less than 10$ then pay almost 35!! For a burnt sandwich that has more cheese than meat, and also don’t toast it because the will toast they produce.

With healthy, simple and delicious options that come at you quick from a friendly staff that appear to enjoy thier work, it's hard to rate it less. Easy access in the shopping center with plenty of parking. Wouldn't call this or price this as fast food, but won't take a star away for price. Seating options in a simple sandwich shop environment are cozy. Best option for food, even with mod pizza near by.

One of our favorite sandwich places! Love the pastrami and turkey combo with toasted bread, melted provolone and house dressing! The only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars: 1) no artificial sweeteners for my tea, only sugar (places that have Stevia are the best!), didn’t even have Splenda ? I can’t have sugar.. 2) not a lot of personality in the male employee working today, and the last time I was there! However, based on my sandwich alone it would have been 5 stars.

Something is wrong with the people that work their. I don't want to sound like an ahole, but don't know if they have a disability or what. I came in and waited for a couple to order in front of me. I ordered a simple toasted sandwich with everything on it. I said do I have time to run to the store next store? He said ya sure. There was a dude with pink hair and a chick with a nose ring. Last time I was here it took almost an hour to make my sandwich and there was 3 working. I came back from the store and the couple that had ordered before me were still waiting. It's been almost an hour and they got theirs and it's all messed up. I'm STILL WAITING for mine. The dude keeps telling people that come to pick up food that they were so packed, sorry. New employee, sorry. First of, they weren't packed. It's the same people waiting. Second, its the same employees as months ago. He just told me they are going to start working on it soon. Like dude what!?!? I'm hoping that the sandwich is ok for it taking this long. Both employees move slow af. Like slow motion slow. Like I said, I don't know if anything is wrong with them or they just don't like their job. Dude was polite, but if you want to waste your day, get your sandwich here. They are adding 30 and 40 minutes to door dash orders. I dont understand why it is taking them SO LONG to make food. At the max, 15 minutes per sammy? Jeeze.
