Groom Service is such a gorgeous little salon! I had a blowout and style, as well as full face makeup done for a family wedding, and Cassie and Tiffany made sure I looked perfect.

When I arrived, there was a party of bridesmaids getting their finishing touches, but the salon staff made sure my appointment still started promptly. I started with Tiffany, and she completely understood the makeup look I was going for and customized everything to my skin type, tone and color. She was very patient with me and checked all along the way that she was achieving the look I was going for.

Once Cassie started working with my hair, I was totally confident that she knew exactly what she was doing. She also gave me the most relaxing scalp massage! When it comes to styling, my hair won't hold a curl or volume for more than a few minutes, but Cassie gave me bouncy beach waves that lasted all night - even through 90 degree heat and humidity.

I got so many compliments through the night that it was the best I've ever looked - but most importantly, I felt genuinely cared for, understood and pampered! These girls know what's up and the prices are totally reasonable for the quality of service. The salon is also chock-full of fabulous products, including makeup. I cannot wait to go back next time I'm in Buffalo!

Kassie at groom service made such a difference on my wedding day morning, in all the craziness she was so helpful and went out of her way to do extra, make sure I was good and was so supportive and reassuring. She checked in with me week of and was so genuine and sweet, she got me so excited. I just really appreciated all of her kindness and patience, let alone skill which I already knew she was going to come through on and she did not disappoint. Everyone’s hair was absolutely gorgeous. Really just someone I won’t forget and am so thankful for finding.
