Wonderful team! We are so happy with the results! Kincaid Construction Owners, Chris & Jessica, came out to our home to hear about our problem areas, make suggestions, and come up with a plan to achieve our desired results. After suffering with poor lighting in the kitchen for years, their vision of updated pendants and adding recessed lighting came out beautiful and achieved the light we were looking for so we can use the space for gathering, homework, etc. They were wonderful with all my potential product questions for the area as we were deciding among many options! Kincaid also modernized our patio by switching out numerous old fans for recessed lighting and upgraded fans. We’ve also added recessed lighting to another dark room that completely transformed the space into a useable area. Chris & team are professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. We have loved working with Kincaid Construction and are excited to grow our list of next projects with them! Call them! You won’t be disappointed!

Chris with Kincaid Handyman & Construction designed and built an outdoor fire pit for us this past weekend and we absolutely love it! He is very professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He is prompt and great with communication. He explained the entire process and kept his word through the throughout the project, which was very important to us. My kids even loved hanging outside watching all the work. I would definitely recommend him, in fact, we will be using him for a few more backyard projects in the coming months.

Among other things, Chris built and assembled laundry room and garage shelves, replaced kitchen can-lights and pendants, and prepared our kitchen island for a new counter-top including installation of sink, fixtures and plumbing. Each project was completed with the highest standards of care and quality.
