5/5 for the Empower Team. They were with us every step of the way. Pablo and his team walked us through how to file an insurance claim, was present when the adjuster came to make his report, and as you can tell from the pictures did a great job on the roof replacement. Pablo was always available to answer questions and took his time to explain everything to us. In addition, he did our gutter install which is looking and functioning fabulously. I cannot recommend this company enough and would hire them again.

The customer service that Pablo and his crew is top notch! From dealing with the insurance and constantly keeping me in the loop this experience couldn’t have been any less stressful. The craftsmanship and attention to detail that Pablo’s crew performed is exactly why I have this review 5 stars, my roof looks great and I have the confidence that the workmanship will last many years to come. Owning my first home, I of course want everything perfect. The scary parts are the unknowns and finding people you can trust and depend on to fix/improve things around your home without feeling like made a mistake or you were taken advantage of. Finding great people/companies are so much apart of creating a home from a house. Pablo and his team brought this for me. He was nothing but professional, transparent and timely. He so much cared about what my dream deck was, and what he could do to get us there. Even after changing my entire initial layout, he showed patience, understanding and worked with me the entire time. He was lovely to work with and communicated perfectly and never delayed. On the day the project started, the team finished 80% of the job and my dream deck was complete the following day. I was expecting this to take a week at least. The team was clean, quiet, professional, warm, and quick! All my neighbors were amazed at the speed of the team as well as how clean/efficient they were. I cannot say enough about this team and how refreshing they were after I have heard nothing but horror stories. Call Pablo and let him help you with that project you have been dreaming about, you will not regret it.

We had a great experience with Pablo, Claudia, and the Empower Roofing and Construction team. They helped us navigate a bad experience with our insurance company and they gave us a lot of support and were very patient through the whole process which ultimately lead to positive results for us. They were very courteous and professional, and the discussions for the work needed were always upfront and transparent with the costs and any details for the work. They inspected and repaired our roofing, roof vents, gutters, fencing, and fence gate, all from storm damage. We highly recommend Empower Roofing and Construction !
