I had a great experience with this company.It was $150 for the consultation fee for our plumbing and bathtub remodel. They were very quick to respond and communicate with me. The consultation fee was deducted from the invoice after the work was done which I thought was fair. Overall the experience was great and I’m in love with the result. The before and after pictures

I recently purchased my home and was looking for some cameras to be installed. I had called several individuals and companies before I came across EJ1 Construction. From the time Steven picked up my call I knew he was the guy! Steven was very professional, knew what he was talking about, and best of all, had the best price! He did an amazing job on the camera install and I also learned that not only does he do cameras installs but he also does fencing, painting, flooring, renovations, electrical, and plumbing work. I for sure will keep Stevens number saved under my favorites and have him return back to do other work! I 100% recommended Steven and EJ1 Construction to anyone looking for some things done around their property!

It all started out great with huge potential to be a recurring working relationship until Steven started asking for more money on top of what we had already agreed on, mind you we were already going over our budget. We moved on from that said whatever at the end we just wanted everything to be done and done professionally yet he started acting different to every request my wife had saying “that wasn’t part of the deal” when it clearly was. Started coming in to the job site and hardly doing anything when both parties agreed to a due date and we were way passed it. Never consulting another job with him ever, best advice I would give you is don’t do business with him you’re gonna have a bad experience.
