The lady at the counter for take out is so rude all the time seems so miserable. The phone is always busy non stop like they purposely leave the phone off the hook on several occasions I have called on and off for 2 hours and phone was busy. good food but need to work on better customer service.

This was the last place we got to eat before catching our flight back home. The portions were huge, so one person couldn't finish a meal on their own. You can definitely share your plate with a friend if you're out for a quick lunch, but there is a $2 charge for sharing. The staff members were friendly and kind, and their fish taco was a perfect 10 out of 10. My biggest regret is I couldn't finish the whole plate of great food myself.

Absolutely love this place for lunch. Sandwiches are HUMONGOUS! I always cut mine in half! This place is always so busy, especially for take out, and that’s for a reason. Best sandwich/ wrap spot in the area. Never disappointed! i recommend the panko chicken avocado club, so yumm! Haven’t been for dine-in, but would love to some day 🙂

P.S. I also saw people commenting on the cashiers rude demeanor. This place is BUSY! She gets things done! She’s quick, efficient, and to the point. Exactly the kind of person this busy place needs!

The receptionist or whoever she is, is genuinely a nightmare to deal with. The way she talks to people is abhorrent. Not sure what her problem is but she ruins the whole experience. SHE gave me the wrong sandwich and then acted like I inconvenienced her. Unbelievable that ppl like her are still in the world, rude for no reason.

So far, I’ve ordered:
- Hawaiian chicken salad with house roasted hot peppers
- Smoked Turkey dill salad sandwich
- Sausage and Capacollo

All 3 have been at least an 8.5/10. Highly recommend.

Chris' NY Sandwich put the deli in DELIcious! The service has been superb on each visit. Their home made creamy basil salad dressing is a must have on their strawberry peacan salad that pops with flavor. Especially good with added panko chicken. All yum. My daughter craves their steak sanwich and my son is in love with their mouthwatering jalepeno burger filled with crumbly onion rings and a dollop of a special sauce that had him smiling ear to ear. It's pick your jaw off the floor good. They get 4 yums from me.

A gem in Buffalo, for sure! Handcrafted soups, sandwiches and entrees that will blow your mind! Chris and his family are on hand, ever so gracious, and always happy to hear about how we enjoy the food, atmosphere, and at the end.....the cookies! Do NOT go away from here without the cookies! When in BFLO, you absolutely MUST go to Chris'!
