I was diverted to this review page through a very interesting and informative TikTok video - I think it’s relevant to mention I am from the UK and have no connection whatsoever to this organisation.

I would just like to raise awareness for anyone who may come into contact with this organisation, we are speaking about people’s children here and I feel it is my duty to state this publicly as I assumed someone else would have connected the dots and left a review.

There appears to be connections between children placed under the care of County of Riverside Child Protective Services and the current P Diddy case. Individuals have come out and are speaking about being under the care of this organisation whilst they were being abused at “Diddy Parties”. This organisation clearly was not ensuring the protection of these children and you should not trust at any cost - seek assistance if you ever unfortunately land yourselves or your family with them. They should be ashamed.

Corrupt. overall I would not recommend, I had my child taken away for four months even though I was the non-offending parent, they do everything and anything to prevent parent unification. disgusting behavior, all I got in the end was an apology and will not give me my cps case file so I can take legal action.

Needs Improvement- This government department of child service needs to be audit and cleaned out. The DCFAS Civil Rights Coordinator needs to ensures that CPS adheres to CDSS regulations. The CDSS Director
Kim Johnson is the Director of the CDSS needs to reevaluated. Corruption!!

I feel as if this office isn’t about family, but about their own power trip. I’ve met some really nice people but I’ve also met some arrogant, power control freaks. They will do all they can to keep families apart

Watch out for the county workers in their vehicles. They drive through the parking lot without a care in the world. Today vehicle 157009 (I believe) as she was driving so erratic I could barely get the license plate. She almost hit me and my 2 children. How are we supposed to hope these people will keep our children safe when they completely disregard the rules of the road and almost run us down. Than when I go to report it to the security guards all they want to do is roll their eyes and tell you that if you are done here you can leave. This place is a complete joke

Esther Manuel-Reneau, beware of this social worker! She wrote a perjurious report where she stated interviewing my children at their school. I went to their schools and spoke to the dean who confirmed that she never visited the school. I also confirmed with my children and they too confirmed never speaking with her. Her supervisor Stephanie Penrod is also not to be trusted. She signed off on the report and I called and left 3 voicemails until I decided to call the main office which is how I was finally able to get a hold of her. When I asked why she hadn’t reached out to after having left her 3 voicemails and I wanted to more information on the report she signed off on she went as far as saying that she would say that she never got any calls of messages from me, so she too is a liar. Commuting perjury is serious! CPS isn’t there to protect children and this is further proof. Filing a report to the courthouse, full of lies, where a judge will read it and base his decision depending on what’s on that report is scary! I’ve been trying to get answers and just get the run around because no one wants to take accountability! I’m irate and have to address this because I am sure I’m not the only one that’s experienced CPS commuting perjury.
