We had TEK handle all contracting aspects of a 2 Bedroom + Den Home addition on an older 1930s bungalow home - as well as a bathroom remodel. They were routinely honest & reliable. The team was hard working and any issue that was found was always spoken about with us. They were always receptive to any feedback or requests we had. There were no sneaky salesman pitches or hidden costs. I would recommend TEK for any additional work!

Loved them at first and now it’s a no. First of all don’t be a women and the sole homeowner. I have been disregarded when I asked to be included on every form of communication as it’s MY house not mu husbands. My husband owns no part of the house and they know that and I made them aware of that. However since my husband paid the bill they only wanted to bother with him. Last straw was this past week. They sent a Christmas card addressed to my husband ONLY. Not to our family, not to me, and didn’t not include me on it. We had to address issues with the workers leaving the work area messy after the work day however they didn’t address that rapidly. Their accountant can’t run numbers to save her life. Multiple
Times we got accused by her of not paying the bill when payment was released several times.

The TEK staff were attentive, polite, and professional. They were on time for scheduled appointments (literally they would show-up ahead of time and wait outside for the appointed time to arrive) and the quality of the work done was very good. Their clean-up after the remodel was completed was amazing. Ricardo, our Design Consultant, was a pleasure to work with and a valuable asset to TEK. In short, our remodel looks wonderful and we will definitely use TEK again for future projects.

Strong start with attention and efforts, became complacent with the attention to detail and workmanship. Content with final product but we started with a need for major improvement. Worth consideration when comparing.

Dealing with an owed refund 4 weeks in now. They are quick to charge monies due but are very conventient in responding to monies owed. Will continue to edit this review if this persists.

I’m only giving 2 stars because Gean was a nice sales rep. Asked for a quote to build shelving and a fireplace in my living room based upon a picture I provided. I said I wanted it to look exactly as the photo. I received a quote for almost $11k. It said that the electric fireplace, mantel and tv brackets were not included. When I called to get clarification on the quote I was told that the quote was mostly for labor as we needed to also buy cabinetry which would be another $3-4k for each side of the fireplace. Electrical would also not be included. So instead of providing an accurate quote I received a vague one that was about half of what it would actually cost me to get the final product.

I hired TEK to remodel my bathroom. They made the process incredibly easy. From the quoting process (David is amazing) all the way to the final walk through. My wife and I provided them a picture of a bathroom we loved and they were able to make it look like the picture. Their communication was fantastic (Edith was amazing also) and if I needed to coordinate something with the team, they were on top of it.
I saw a couple of reviews where they said they didn’t fix post construction issues. I had a couple of minor things pop up but they were right on top of it. I will definitely use them again.
