He is a straight shooter with a good sense of quality work. If it isn’t right, he made it right with no haggling.

Glad to see a company (Includes all his employees and subs) with a firm grip on customer service and good outcomes.

Sem Fi Construction Services is the BEST choice for garage rehabilitation. 1. Christy assured my original quote was honored though it took me several months to make a final decision. 2. I considered multiple companies. Sem Fi gave me references and took considerable time to talk with me about how the job would be done. 3. Their sub, Jesus Sepulveda, and his crew are #1 for epoxy. All the divots were repaired. The floor was acid washed. Epoxy color and flakes were custom, to my preferences. A topcoat was applied for durability. The side walls were also treated. During torrential rains they protected the garage which had to be opened during the drying phase. 4. Project Manager Keith reviewed the entire project with me to assure there were no “hidden costs.” 5. Christian, the painter, and his associate color matched the walls to the garage floor. They removed screws and nails and filled all holes. They meticulously painted around the many fixtures in the garage, even cleaning up places left by the previous painting. And, since I live in a zero-lot line home, they took all the paint paraphernalia and trash with them. 6. The cost was very fair. I did get low-ball offers from other companies. Not worth it. Best to go with a reputable, high-quality company for my major investment—my home. I am ecstatic about the final product. My one regret: I forgot to take “before” photos. Thank you everyone for making me feel like a valued customer and a valued person!
