Bought the online course with books. The current mass exam uses 2015 books and instruction videos uses 2015 books. They sent me 2021 books so can’t reference pages in the videos to study since pages are different and topics are slightly moved around in the different versions. Email them asking about this but no replies.

I'm assuming they made mistake of buying newer versions and just tossing it to unsuspecting consumers. Don’t recommend using this company, if I had to do again, I would pay a little more and use another company.

Bought study materials and test questions online from them and supposedly “all of the books” but it does not come with Code of Federal Regulations, Title 29, Part 1926 and I failed my exam by 5 questions with my lowest scores in safety due to not having access to the answers. My own fault for not checking the full list of what books that are allowed in the test room but don’t waste your money with this company that’s going to set you up for failure. You won’t pass without that book

Poor quality video classes with lousy sound quality and a bored instructor reading material directly from the text only slideshow that makes up the entire presentation. There is no video content at all. I'm less than half way through the first online class and there have been several errors already and the guidance on how to find the answers in the code book is often not clear. I can't take 2 months to do this so I'll be able to muddle through. If you have the time, take the class in person and try to get referrals from someone who's done it before you. This is useable, but just barely. If you can't figure things out for yourself, don't take this online class.

Don’t go to this class. The guys teaches in a room with flimsy desks that the books fall off. Teaches off a tiny little projection screen that you can’t read off of. He basically talks shop with the guys that are screwing off. I’ve emailed these guys asking them questions and they don’t respond and if they finally do get them to respond they’re no help. I am not a person that writes reviews but I feel I got screwed here. Way better classes way more professional some where else. Please don’t go to these guys you will regret it.

Instructor is very friendly and location is super convenient. Highly recommended by others. I've had about five friends take this course either in person or online for renewals and everyone seems to like it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. After waiting days for an initial phone call, this guy hung up on me just because I was asking him what topics the course covered. He didn't even know and became frustrated and hung up on me twice. His on-line ads about providing pre-tabbed books are deceiving and ambiguous as well since he claims they do come pre-tabbed and also does not in the same ad. I completely agree with the previous reviewer in his opinions about taking this course elsewhere.

I passed the exam with ease after taking the 6 week course in Woburn. I highly recommend this class for anyone looking to pass the MA CSL exam.
