Had a new roof installed with them in order to make closing a 2-3 years ago. When I got the house I went up on the roof just to check it out. I noticed that the flashing on the chimney did not look correct. I called the company and they sent someone out to refill the flashing with caulk. I got the house painted and didn’t think about it anymore.

Fast forward to the recent storm and we had water pouring into our house by the chimney. I climbed up in the attic space and it was soaked and I visibly saw water coming in through the flashing. The attic space had mold and wood was starting to get rotten. It’s clear I had an issue since day 1, but the storm finally got in enough water to make me notice.

I’ve had multiple people tell me the flashing was incorrectly surface mounted and not cut in properly. This is what I thought originally, but was told by the owner “I’m the roofer I know what I’m doing.” No reason a new roof should be leaking without getting hit by a tree or other damage.

Look at the photos after their brand new install with the caulking running all over the place.

Delays in the dry in inspection won’t slow this company down. To stay on schedule they returned on Sunday to complete the project.

I highly recommend this company! They arrived right at 5am and got to work! They were prompt, professional and got the job done. I really appreciate how they saw my daughter was a little scared with the noise and stopped to let us leave and cleared path for us.
