Jeff was rude and did not do what was asked he claimed he didn’t test because he didn’t smell anything then said he did do a thermal test but then again said he didn’t test because he didn’t smell anything and then claimed he smelled bleach when I don’t use bleach. He also made an offensive comment that it smelled like curry and asked if I’d cooked curry. He was also being nosy having a conversation with another technician who was in my home fixing a leak. He was rude when he was asked to put shoe covers on. He stood in my kitchen staring at me until I had to tell him I’d let him out. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I used StructureMedic for my mold remediation in my bathroom. They were always on time and very professional. Kept my house clean throughout the time they worked in my home. They even gave me great suggestions on products and colors to use when we replaced the fixtures and paint. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

After doing the inspection and needing the report as soon as possible that ghosted me. No calls back nothing and it was too late to have another firm come out because the water damage was cleaning up
