There for a driver test and previously we were told to park on the side of the building so we did that this time. They were to open in about 10 minutes. Guy walks out nods at us and keeps going. Then some ol' Mister looking and dressing like he fresh out the movie Color Purple comes and say in the most rude tone "Why are you here". As we were trying to explain he cut us off and said go around the front. We get checked in and the lady helping us was awesome. She told my son to print his papers and here come Color Purple talking about we ain't got no more paper. So no paper in this whole building! He needs an attitude adjustment. If I only interacted with him I would give 1 star. The driving instructor and the guy who showed my son where to print was great.

I live in Douglasville so this tells you how I feel about this location. Yes I'll drive that far. Every time I conduct business there...Quick, very professional and responsive to my needs and did I mention quick. Keep up the great work!

I went to renew my license. Staff was there to greet me and point me in the right direction - they were friendly and efficient. I was in and out in 15 minutes so giving my experience 5 stars.

My husband and I renewed our driver’s licenses at the Kennesaw branch of the DDS. Everyone was friendly, polite, and helpful. The entire process took us about 15 minutes. We did complete the online application at home which expedited our renewals.

DONT EVER CALL!!! They will always have you talk to a robot and never give you an actual human to speak with. I haven’t received my updated license in the mail for about two months now. So, i’m having to take time out of my work day to come up there and take care of it myself, when it could’ve just been a simple phone call. Highly disappointed.

Renewed license in 30 minutes. Very courteous and helpful staff. Originally went to Marietta County Services Rd. location and left. The waiting line was ridiculous and looked understaffed.

The most horrible service I have ever received. Rude women up front who does not help at all and has a horrible attitude. Takes forever to get anything done in here. Came here twice and I did not get anything done.
