Once again I'm sharing my father's experience with Carlos and his company. Here is his review:

Well folks, I'm back and writing another reciew for Carlos from JCM Construction. I'm 73 years young and I've seen my fair share of contractors come and go, but this fella is something special.

I first hired Carlos to fix the uneven foundation of my house, and boy did he knock it out of the park! So when it came time to redo the floors in my kitchen, dining room, and bathroom, I knew just who to call.

Now, I'll admit, I was a bit worried about the hassle. At my age, the last thing I need is a bunch of hullabaloo in my house for weeks on end. But Carlos put my mind at ease right from the get-go. He walked me through everything, helped us pick out the perfect flooring, and even worked around our schedule. Talk about considerate!

What really impressed me was how Carlos and his crew went about their work. They were like a well-oiled machine, fast, efficient, and boy oh boy, did they know their stuff! Carlos even pointed out a few things I might want to keep an eye on down the road, not in a pushy salesman type of way, but in a way that showed he's just looking out for us old-timers.

Now, I've done my fair share of construction work in my day, so I know quality when I see it. And let me tell you, Carlos and his team are top-notch. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in every little detail.

The best part? They wrapped up the job in no time flat. None of that months-long nightmare some of my friends have endured with other contractors. For us seniors, that's a real blessing.

Juan Carlos/JCM Construction recently put our master bedroom and closet back together after we were flooded by a broken sprinkler. Juan is a very good communicator and kept us apprised of their progress every step during this construction work. He went out of his way multiple times to obtain the very hard to find wall board and very elusive LVP to match our existing walls and floors. He is very hands on and super particular that the job is 100% perfect. We highly recommend JCM Construction.

First off, the workmanship was outstanding, attention to detail matters but many contractors meet that need. What was impressive was the work ethic, this is a company that cares about completing a project with consideration to customer needs. Juan knew how to schedule the different stages of the project with the customers comfort in mind.
