We used Mike to demolish the old dining room and conservatory at the side of our house and build a new extension, and they were absolutely brilliant.
The building is really high quality and in the six months it's been up we have not had any issues at all. There were no unexpected delays or costs through the build, and on the couple of occasions when he uncovered existing issues with the house, he talked them all through with us before anything was done.
He worked with the building inspector so that we got final sign-off without any problem.
All the people he employs are top class and also nice people, so we didn't mind having them around - very important for a major construction project when you are living in the house.
Mike's communication is great, we always knew at the end of the day how progress was going and when they were due back on site - normally the next day. The site was left tidy at the end of each day, and at the end of the whole project the site was left pristine.
I would 100% recommend.
