This was a sufficiently clean room, obviously not a a ritzy hotel, but meets the basic traveler needs. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and they were accommodating to me traveling with my pug. Will probably stay here again if the need arises.

I was scammed into coming to this hotel with an extremely low price! The next day, they came up with all sorts of unjustified reasons to try to eat my $100 deposit, and it looks like they've been doing this for a long time! They have an attitude of 'What can you do about it?' Please be careful, everyone! Additionally, the hotel is extremely filthy! When you sleep, you can hear bedbugs moving inside your pillow! I woke up in the mid-night and threw the pillow away! I was bitten all over! There is full of nice hotel cost $40-70 around this area! Don’t believe the pic my friend!

!!DO NOT GO HERE!! Checked in on August 22nd 2024 on a Thursday for a 4 night stay and next day, on August 23rd 2024 on Friday @ 11 am we checked out due to the room having a bug crawling around on my friends luggage, humidity, and a horrible stench in the room. We were given back our security deposit but were told we would need to call customer support to get the refund for the remaining nights we didn't use as they do not handle them, just for them to say that due to them marking my reservation as checked out it means I used all of my nights and therefore I can't get my refund. The receptionist also tried to deny I had said anything about the room having a bug + everything else i claimed even though I stated to them clearly that was one of the reason why we were checking out.
!!AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!

⚠️Scammer⚠️I was lured by a low price online to book this hotel, and the next day they refused to refund the deposit. They can find a hundred reasons to refuse the refund, (because they make money like this) Then they will call the police to kick you out. The police will only tell you that you can go to court(if you can). This hotel is extremely dirty, with broken glass everywhere, Yellow spots on the shower tower !bloodstains on the floor, and bullet holes on the door! OYO headquarters trying to help but they can't find booking record and can't help! This hotel is a complete lawless zone! It's unbelievable this is happening in the United States!

That place is absolutely disgusting, the first night I was housed next door to a freaking dope fiend tweeker that had a freaking dog outside my door. I changed rooms and it was infested with bed bugs and the management freaking refused to acknowledge that FACT when I made them aware of the problem and they refused to refund my money when I refused another room. My wife and I left there with multiple bed bug bites all over us and immediately went to quarantine our luggage before we searched for somewhere else to stay after being traumatized by that experience. That place is strictly for dope fiend tweekers.

I will no longer stay at an Oyo property. All they are is ran down chain hotels that were too old to use the name so they sell it. Ouo nenr builds new hotels.
The hotel rooms are bad. They have cheap white paint in thealls and the carpet stinks. The front desk guy could care less.
We had a mouse in our room and the front desk said they would bring a trap. Firstly I dont want t a trap I want a new room. Secondly they didn't even bring it.
The pillows ate hard and the sheets feel like cardboard. Oyo means sub par quality.

It's okay for just a quick night stay. They have no phone number, which I find weird. And there not the cleanest ever but they do have really comfy beds.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I was greeted by a man that was rude off top. I paid 100 dollars for 2 nights and he told me there was a deposit of 60 dollars. When I told him I was literally on the street and I didn’t have it, he became combative and mean. I found someone to give me the 60 dollars but he wouldn’t give me my money back or my key. He locked me out and wouldn’t even talk to me through the door. When I called hopper they tried to say that I had to get a refund from the property but the guy lied about the deposit. First he said 60 with no pets and 100 without. Well he told hopper that the the deposit was 100 dollars. He was a complete jerk.
