Therapist and doctors are friendly and competent. Front Desk was also friendly, but not very knowledgeable. Accounting was dishonest and caused my account to go to collections due to lack of communication. And I had medical insurance, which I had used many times previously at that location. Extremely frustrating!
I communicated with the Front Office after the first appointment that I was making a payment towards my co-pay, which I knew I would have. She wrote down that I was paying cash, which was not accurate. The statements sent to me thereafter were supposed to be sent to my insurance, which I had been using for my family's previous visits. They never made it. I discovered that cash payments are a higher payout to the therapists and business, which made sense why finance coded it that way.

To make a long story short, I called finance expressing I wanted to try to get insurance to cover the claim. She stated I had 90 days or it wouldn't be covered. She sent the claim to collections the day after our conversation despite knowing my need for help with the issue. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of honesty and integrity.

Amazing place with the best help and care someone could ask for, after an ACL tear it was hard looking forward to doing anything after surgery but because of the great environment here I was actually looking forward to physical therapy, everyone was so nice and helpful. Craig, Bill, Cindy and all of the assistants made sure I knew what I was doing and how I was doing it. Totally recommend to anyone recovering from a serious injury.

Bill is a very knowledgeable and kind therapist as well as any of the assistants who have helped me. The modalities are effective and I’m making great progress after my shoulder surgery. The entire office is welcoming and helpful. At the end of my session, while I’m icing my shoulder they offer cold water or Gatorade. Highly recommend! If you are looking for a great physical therapist, you found them.

Most of all they know how to help your body to heal properly and I feel the right PT is the key to restore mobility and reduce and even eliminate pain. Bill is the best. I’ve worked with Bill on a number of injuries over the last ten years - back, shoulders, knees. Bill is super experienced and is great to work with. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the other employees at Physical and Sports Therapy. The clinic has the equipment needed to properly work on and rehab my body. I’m not looking for new injuries, but when they come, Bill’s my guy.

Bill, Craig and Cindy are the best! The entire staff are phenomenal. They take the time to learn your name and the issues are dealing with. Appointments are flexible and there usually is no worries if you want to change. I would come here even if I had to travel 45 minutes.
