Surprisingly situated a ways off of the boardwalk, this petite park packs a punch. Has all the usual staples of a water park - lazy river, kiddie area, mat water slide, tube waterslide. BatmanJawn rides solo, however, there is also a double-tube option.

Small breaks in the slide give you time to compose yourself. 10 second slide into a mini pool where another guard pushes you to the next slide. Great for the parental figure and the orphan to ride together. (Like Alfred & Bruce would).

Food is really pricey, so bring your credit card. Menu is included.

Alcohol is served for those Mommies and Daddies who didn't get their vacation date night.

Bat-Tip: keep an eye on the little ones, there are lots of nooks and crannies. The place is designed to make the best of the space so it may be easy for one to get lost.

Lockers: get there early if you want a blue big one (paid at the kiosk). There are only a few dozen.

I kept my eye on crime while visiting - appears as though theft is rare. People leave their bags and towels out on the chairs. Best to use caution, however.

If you are going to eat, watch out for the seagulls, they WILL try to swoop down and steal your food!

No water shoes allowed on the rides, but you should be able to drop them off before climbing the stairs. The pavement can get hot! And the lines can get long. We didn't wait more than 10 minutes for anything.

So make AquamanJawn jealous by doing a Tarzan swing into the pool! And have yourself some great wet wild fun at Ranging Waters!

We loved our time at Raging Waters!

We purchased a PM tickets in advanced for Day 1 and an AM tickets in advance for Day 2. Recommended to purchase tickets in advance to speed up entry and make obtaining wristbands more seamless. They simply scan the QR card and place your wristbands on.

We were able to obtain chairs both days with no hassle. Crowds filled in on Day 2 around 11-12 am.

The park has a large section for younger children to enjoy as well as larger slides for more advanced swimmers to enjoy and/or adventurous children with life jackets.

Plenty of life jackets at various stations throughout the park for use.

The lazy river has a great flow to it and it is not stagnant water so there were no backups typically found in other lazy rivers.

All water areas were clean and the bathrooms / food areas were clean.

Note: There are areas throughout the park that offer alcoholic beverages. Seen were a handful of parents with alcohol in both the “big kid” and “little kid” sections.

The food / snack areas were great with plenty of options.

There are lockers that you can rent to place valuables in as well as a few Cabana sections that you can rent for comfort / privacy.

All of the lifeguards were very attentive and alert.

I had a good time with my friends' extended family. There was not a wait for the few slides I went on.
I'm not used to walking around barefoot and I found the concrete rough. Water shoes are not allowed on slides.
Here's what I found about the locker situation, there are three sizes. Not sure if these prices change- this was a weekday in June. You can go in and out of the locker all day. The smallest locker was large enough for 2 people's clothes & valuables not including shoes and towels. You have to carry a key around for the small locker. You can pay for this at the counter in either cash or card. $15 for the day. They give you $5 back in cash when you turn the key in. They assured me that if I lost the key they could still get into my locker. They have two different size lockers that you access with your wristband barcode. Medium $15 and large size $20. It's cashless. And you don't get any money back. The medium is probably double the size of the small. And the largest probably like three smalls. I think you could easily fit a soft side cooler in these lockers. It would be nice to not have to carry a key around all day.
I was disappointed I couldn't find locker information before I got there. I called and I emailed. The bathrooms were staffed and kept clean. Consider thanking and tipping bathroom attendants.
Lots of staff all over the place. Friendly and helpful. I saw a guy testing the water during the day.
I was happy with the quesadilla I got but they should have some Tabasco available. I asked and I was offered Buffalo or sriracha sauce.
The lazy (adventure) river needed to be vacuumed at the entrance. It also needed to be skimmed. Not sure if they can do this during the day. There were way too many tubes in the river, guests took it upon themselves to remove some. Somebody kicked one and hit me in the head. The tubes were bunching up that bad.
I did get yelled at by a lifeguard for taking tubes out. Oh well, I'm a rebel. They do search your bag at least for alcohol and glass. I was afraid they wouldn't let me bring refilled water bottles in but it was no problem. It maybe took 5 minutes to check in.
