Come hungry. Portions are generous and the biscuits are delicious! Fluffy and crispy.
My favorite was the chicken pot pie. I loved the pile of crispy fried onions on top. There was enough for evey bit of biscuit with the savory chicken and mushroom gravy.
Come before 9am to beat the rush.

The hype is not real. I'd rate this a solid mid tier. The biscuits are delicious and I would probably try them by themselves if it was my first time here. The chicken was a salt bomb and it feels like they just stack ingredients on top of each other. They were out of the burger and waffle fries. The regular fries were also almost inedibly salty. If you want copious amounts of food that's creative this is your place. I'd like a little more restraint and focus on the flavor profiles.

The food is spectacular and the views are nice from the balcony seating. Go early enough to get a cinnamon roll because sometimes they sell out! The self serve coffee station is an interesting idea, but I could go either way on that...

We had a great experience. I ordered the Franklin, and my wife got the French toast. I enjoyed my biscuit sandwich, but I would've preferred the traditional gravy. Not to say the mushroom gravy wasn't good. It's just a preference. I got a little of both. The bacon was good, and the chicken was crispy and flavorful. My wife got the French toast. It was savory more than sweet. Still a good meal. Portion sizes were incredible. I've never not put away a biscuit in my life, but the rest of this one is going home with me.

We had a great experience with brunch. We joined the waitlist ahead of time and made it a breeze with no wait. They were accommodating with 2 little kids. Self serve coffee was a nice touch so you could guilt free chug and go refill your own. Food was great. Service was fantastic. They were out of cinnamon rolls by the time we got there, but good excuse to go back and try more.

We decided to go to the Denver Biscuit Co. They a pretty diverse menu for breakfast. They share the space with a pizza shop. I ordered the Franklin which is a biscuit with Buttermilk fried chicken, Tenderbelly bacon, cheddar cheese and house made sausage gravy on top. The chicken was nice and moist on the inside and a crispy flavorful crust. The bacon is cooked perfectly making it a nice bite. Spread a fair amount of cheddar cheese and put a good helping of a sausage gravy on it and you have nothing but YUMMY all over your face. The best thing to me was definitely the biscuit. OMG!!! This was easily one of the best biscuits I have ever had. Our server was Stephanie and she checked in regularly to ensure everything was good. Just watching the rest of the restaurant, all the staff was phenomenal. Especially the guy that delivered the majority of the food in the restaurant. Wore glasses and a hat. Dude ROCKED!!!

Biscuits never tasted SO GOOD! Our friends brought us to The Atomic Cowboy, short wait for our table and really enjoyed quick service, was introduced to a help yourself coffee bar - surprised how fresh and big the biscuit sandwiches - and the kitchen knows, bacon makes everything better - pro trip: get the sausage gravy, you can thank me later. Forgot to mention, the pizza is BIG!

I enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. My fork and salad bowl initially had dried on food, but they replaced it quickly when informed. My pizza and salad were delicious. I would visit again when I return to the city
