Dug up my yard and broke my fence without permission or showing any type of permits also has a fake number that goes straight to voicemail scam scam scam

Update: I did get a call back however the person I spoke to decided to taunt me over the phone me over the phone instead of trying to explain that maybe the door hanger got lost or something. I have the right to ask questions and get answers and I love had workers in my yard before I normally offer water or snacks because it hot in Texas but this company is rude and disrespectful. I only wish I knew the name of the guy who came to my door after I called the police he was nicer however I was already pissed at that point.

Do better and get some flyers or something to announce yourself and be nicer it goes a long way.

Joseph is a great guy to work with!! Asked him to come out to map out where some propane and irrigation lines are on our property before we did some digging for electrical lines. He was very responsive, listened to the upcoming project and any of my concerns, explained all that he was doing, kept me up to date on his arrival time, and is a generally personable individual. Will definitely call Patriot for future projects. Cannot speak highly enough of him and the experience!

Patriot Utility Services did a great job on my residential small horizontal drilling project. I wanted to get a water softener installed in my disconnected garage at the back of my property, but the water line into my house was at the front of the property. I had alot of questions on what they would be doing, and they helped answer all of them. The estimated cost was very reasonable and far better than two plumbing companies had quoted me which would have also included highly invasive trenching.

Patriot Utility Services was able to easily horizontally drill the distance, about 70ft, and installed the pipe I would need for the water softener lines. The drilling required holes to be dug at the start and end of the line, but after they refilled the holes, I could barely tell they had been there. Very minimal disturbance. I was very impressed with their work and would recommend them for other jobs.
