Well named Impressive! Thank you for the honesty. I got a second opinion on a major engine issue. Instead of trying to sell me on an $8000 new engine, they actually investigated under the hood and explained the problem to me that really isn't a problem. Always friendly people and good service. Luckily, I have only had to have oil changes, tire rotations, and minor services like that done. Like everything else, prices continue to go up thanks to Biden/Harrisflation. Are you better off now than you were 3 1/2 years ago?

I can’t recommend Impressive Auto Service enough. We were on a trip from Illinois to Texas and had our service engine light come on nearby. They got us in right away and we’re so kind. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue while allowing us (2 adults, 3 kids and a dog) to wait there. It was by far the best service we’ve received. Thank you for making this little bump in the road so much easier!

This became my go-to tire shop after having lots of issues with Plaza. I've been happy with them, they will order nearly any tire you want in any size and have it there the next day. Their prices are about the same as the large chains but the customer service is way better. They do a good job balancing and the tires run super-smooth. Overall, a solid independent tire shop with good customer service.
