Seriously! Osprey on the Bluffs, Savannah resident. Now I acknowledge its the responsibility of the people who live here to actually put their trash IN the bin, however the trash service NEVER gets out of their truck to pick up boxes or anything sitting alongside the bin. Now the bin is SO full, residents don't have any option to properly dispose of trash, so it just gets added to the pile. I'll be reporting this to both the complex, property management & the city of Savannah. Not sure if the issue is the trash service hasn't been paid (which is included in my rent to the complex) or if the pick-up service needs to be increased to more than 1x a week. But trash like this invites stray animals & vagrants. Republic Services, you've been emailed as of today. I literally just watched today's pickup happen. Driver dumped the bin, & then because there's a mountain of trash & they couldn't get the bin back where it belongs, they placed the bin into parking spots for residents! See pic 3! ? seriously!?

No pick up on my trash day. Tried calling got someone across the country despite calling local area code. Said they would try and get someone here in 4 days. Couldn't tell me why it wasn't picked up. Could only tell me nothing was scheduled for me yesterday despite Thursday pick up every Thursday for several years.

My trash pick up day is every Tuesday. For whatever reason - driver did not pickup. Called three times to get this re-scheduled - still a no show with the service. Had to make a fourth call was issued a credit for the non-pick up - no problem with that at all. Ladies in the office super nice - not sure what's going on with the folks doing the pickup's.................they dropped the ball big time!

Huge waste of time...
The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because Customer Service does their best to handle issues with you on the phone. They put the order in but there is usually no follow through after that. Be prepared to call back several times. Also ask if there are any additional fees, even if they say no, be prepared to see them on your statement.They have charged me for replacing the trash container THEIR truck driver broke. I cancelled services with them and they charged me a removal fee for picking up their OWN trashcan! Twice, without informing me of the fee beforehand. There are plenty more efficient and more affordable companies you can go with in the area.

I have been living in Guyton since March of 2016. The ONLY complaint I have is the trash service we never receive. On a regular basis, our neighborhood is either skipped, or only a few receive pickup. The ones that don't get serviced have to wait another week, even if we call and complain. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I seriously didn't want two full trashcans. I've never dealt with anyone or any company so unreliable.

This company does not render the services promised or what you pay for. Trash is missed/late more in a month than it is on schedule. Please don't contract with this company. I am constantly taking my trash to the curb the night before pickup only to come back the next day to a full trash bin when I arrive home from work. They offer no credits and no apologies.

Customer service is horrible and these people are trained it seems to lie to you when you call in. Also when you call the local number no telling how far away the person on the other end of the line is. You can’t ever get a local! Continuously late on pickup if they even pickup and it’s always excuse after excuse...always promised the next day and usually doesn’t show. Not sure who runs the show there but somethings gotta give, we can’t keep our neighborhoods in filth with over flowing trash cans by the roads killing our grass as we have to leave it there days on end.

Kelvin is prompt and professional. He streamlined the accounts document process and worked to get me the tightest turn-around for continuous use of the large rolloff container even here in my rural location.
