Super popular spot, we reserved our lanes the night prior. Fun environment, great music and atmosphere. We only got dessert, and they were DELISH!! Had a minor inconvenience, brought it up w/the manager on staff, and he made sure we were taken care of and happy w/our experience. Talk about, control what you can control. Very pleased w/this location. It’s such a popular spot, it seems like more staff would make it an ever better experience.

Scheduled kids birthday. After we arrived we were told that adults could not eat or bowl. That was an additional fee. When we asked why we were told it was in the fine print of the contract. Why would you have a party where the adults couldn't participate? Other lanes in the area don't do this.

Had my daughter’s 15 Bday here! Ms. Marsha was awesome. She made sure we had every we needed. We definitely enjoyed ourselves.
Everything was ready as we ordered it online.
Recommend private parties by reserving bowling lanes with food. Great service.

After spending over $100 at their establishment, complimentary tap water should be no problem. I was told it was corporate policy. I would let corporate know that giving a glass of water to paying families is worth the penny it cost them. Bowling alley itself was fine. Be advised not all music videos projected over all alleys are family friendly. I’d recommend trying another bowling alley if you have kids.

It was an OK experience. The facilities were clean and look well maintained. The staff was friendly and the bowling itself was fine which is what we went for. Our family got the summer premium deal or something so we could go back and bowl two times a day. The arcade card that comes with the deal also only gives you $5.00 (which amounts to 10 credits) which is used up at a minimum with 3-4 games as each one is 2-3 credits min. That's my only complaint....five don't get you a whole lot and the credits don't carry over and expire when you leave.

Ordered pretzels while bowling and we made it through 1 1/2 games before they showed up. The service was a little slow and it was not busy. Drinks (non-alcoholic) were expensive and they don't show if water is available without buying the expensive bottled water. Couldn't locate a server to ask and ended up drinking from an available water fountain (so I guess that's what's offered?)

Super disappointed. The front desk people were so rude with my family. We ordered pizza and nachos along some other snacks. The pizza had salt !!! We couldn't eat it and asked to replace it and when the server did , she took very long. The nachos were tasteless and very soggy so we decided to leave it after trying it twice. The server and the front desk lady couldn't figure it out the final payment due and after we paid for the food and for the bowling services, instead of apologizing for the pizza with salt and the soggy nachos the front desk person said BYE! They do not to be happy, or loving their job but at least be friendly. Their demeanor was very rude!!!! Such a bad experience and I am not going back there and i am not going to recommend this location to anyone in my church community groups or clients who most of them have children.!

What a fantastic party venue. The food, games, and entertainment were outstanding. The sales office was very accommodating with my ever changing party list. The menu options and cookie cake were out of this world. If you have a little who is into bowling, look no further for your next party location.
The only negative was the constant delay in getting plates and silverware, so I’d recommend packing some paper ware, if you are going on a weekend.
