Charlotte NC on 10/5, completely blocking the only handicap parking on this side of the building along with several other parking spaces. Completely unprofessional. Note that there is another company's delivery truck present as well, and they parked in the rear to be sure NOT to block vital spaces. No reason why SEIDS could not have done the same - pure laziness and inconsiderate.

Blocking the street in a neighborhood with limited road space on 8/20/24 @ 8:12 AM shouldn’t be allowed. Honked my horn for a good 5-10 minutes straight, even laid on it, while they are sitting there DOING NOTHING!!! It wasn’t until another car was tired of hearing my honking and KINDLY moved their vehicle to let me pass. The trucks license plate is C0759P

Delivery driver parked right in front of my drive way and left the truck unattended with merchandise outside of it for over 30 minutes. Still waiting for driver to show up so that I can go to work. This is so unprofessional.
He had space to park in two different places so that he wouldn’t block my driveway.

This individual did an illegal U turn and pulled out in front of me on my motorcycle and almost made me smack the side of his semi…. Then called me the N word and threatened to knock me out when I confronted him about his reckless stupid behavior. If this is the people this company hires I would recommend staying far far away. If you want unprofessional careless behavior, this is the company for you.

If there was a rating lower than zero they would get it. Their drivers are decent but their customer service is the worst. I'm not sure with the ratings they have why RTG continue to use them. Their delivery service damaged my luxury bamboo flooring and they've refused to pay to replace them. The floors were installed 6 years ago and the type of floors is no longer in production or available which means I have to replace the entire area which will cost a mint. They've made an offer of .05% of the total. Needless to say I will have to retain legal services

During furniture install, movers damaged my walls on my new home. The damage occurred when one of the peices of my 5 price modular sofa fell the wall after it was not secured by the installer. The mover did not even acknowledge the damage done, I had to bring it up. He didn't even bring it into the living room all of the way. Mover agreed to report the damage, but instead I the customer had a feeling he would not, so I had to make the complaint. I believe them running behind contributed to the incident because they were so behind it felt like they were rushing. They barely spoke two words upon coming into the house. I learned that not only did they damage my wall, but they didn't put my furniture together after they left my home. They didn't lock the seats, but made it look as though they did. They knew this before leaving my home. When I went to sit in the couch and it slid from under me. I had to call someone back at Rooms To Go Dunn to request them to get someone out to fix it. I also learned that the movers misplaced the tools which is probably why they didn't lock it. When RTG Dunn tech came out, the guy had to order the tools which is being shipped to my house, now I will have to be inconvenienced a third time to have the properly installed. Due to the movers carelessness, the tech that came out had to drill into my brand new furniture just so I could sit in the couch because it was not locking.This has not been a good experience. I am disappointed overall with the way things have turned out to experience due to the amount I financed.

I have never used the service but I have shared the roads with their drivers and tonight was scary. I was driving home from work down the I-4 and around 11:30 pm 8/12/24 the driver of US DOT 842212 did a wide turn from the far right lane, moving two lanes over to get to the left lane, pushing me off the road. The driver then proceeds back again to the lane they were in. Whatever their goal was, it was not safe; and, there wasn't a car ahead of them that they were tying to pass. Using a double loaded truck to push people off the road is not cool

Horrible company!!! They will not take responsibility for their actions. They damaged two homes by hitting the power poles on the street. They were apologetic when the police arrived but keep making excuses to not to pay for the damages to the homes. Was continually lied to about what was going to take place for reimbursement of invoices for the repair work by the employees of Southeast independent delivery service.Pathetic people to talk to on the phone.
