My daughter lived here for 2.5 years. It was a great experience. She was able to go to college in Brooklyn and get a dorm experience. Whenever she had an issue it was resolved in a good amount of time. The price of her room and her tuition was that of a SUNY upstate. The rooms were nice. The area is Brooklyn Heights which is great. The subway under the building is great. If you are looking for a nice place to live while going to college in NYC, this is it.

For my 2 years of grad school I have been living at the EHS residences first at New Yorker then at the St. George residences and both of them have been amazing. All the amenities you need plus the comfort and prime locations in that amount is amazing!
Had the best time and made some great friends too! Absolutely recommend.

EHS is a super comfortable, well secured and friendly environment! They have tons of events for residents on campus monthly and the staff is always really friendly and ready to help in any way possible. EHS also pays close attention to how they can make the living experience better for the residents in every way possible and are always seeking new ways to improve.

I lived here this past summer and it was a great experience. The front desk staff were very nice and I felt safe within the residence. I was in midtown east and the location to the office was very convenient. Prior to arriving, EHS did a great job with communication through interest to move-in. Highly recommend EHS to anyone who is looking for a safe and easy housing option in the city.

I stayed at Cooper Square this past summer and really enjoyed my experience. The location was the best part as it was very centric and perfect for an intern like me. I enjoyed the facilities they had to offer and the events they hosted. The gym and laundry were great and in the building making it very easy to use.

I lived here this past summer as an intern, and I loved it! The EHS staff were always quick to respond to any questions we had and provided us with support as we familiarized ourselves with the city. I also enjoyed the many events that fostered a sense of community. Loved it, would recommend!

I lived in the EHS cooper square building while doing an internship. Very clean and tidy dorm rooms with a great bathroom. It's an amazing location with tons of restaurants and fun things to do nearby. Definitely worth it!

As a French exchange student studying in Downtown, this place meets all my needs. My room was functional and with a great view & lightning. Common spaces such as the kitchen & the laundry room were very clean. Staff and other students were super friendly. The neighborhood is safe (especially for solo female), and you're very close to Manhattan.
I highly recommend this place 🙂
