I’ve used new Bell for years. I much prefer them for airport trips because there’s no surge pricing and you can call in advance to make a reservation. They’ve been a wonderful neighborhood business for years and I’m glad they’re still around.

Best car service I've ever used for medical trips. Driver are helpful and very kind. Also dispatch get the cars to you in a hurry, meaning you don't have to wait an hour for return trip pickups.. I'd advise you to try New Bell, you will not be disappointed

I've used New Bell for transportation to and from the airports since I moved here 6 years ago. Their drivers always show up early, call you several times to communicate pick up and drop offs, and the price is always a fixed amount instead of a random gamble like rideshare apps.
New Bell is super underrated. Most of the drivers I've had speak limited English but that's never bothered me. Only ever had confusion and a driver leave without me once when picking me up because my flight was delayed and I wasn't answering the driver's texts and calls. They immediately sent a different closest driver after I called and explained the situation.

The female dispatcher needs to be fired!! This is the 4th time she got the address wrong and on top of the fact I asked for a luxury black SUV because it's my son prom and was willing to pay extra. She sent 2 cars to my home and neither of them was a luxury black SUV. If it couldn't be done she should've just said that and I would've called another company. It's just that simple. I called back and have been on hold for 10 mins now. Poor customer service, she doesn't know what she's doing. Get her off the phones!!

However, I do have a reservation when it comes to the dispatcher, who hasn't been as amiable. Overall, it's a solid choice for transportation, but there's room for improvement in the customer service department.

Used them 3 times in the past 2 days. Stellar service for seniors citizens! My husband left his cell phone in cab. We called and it was found and returned in 5 minutes. Best in Brooklyn. I am from CT and will definitely use them whenever I'm visiting my son.

I never have a problem with this company. So far, so good, I'm usually told it'll be a 10-minute wait. It's really under 10 minutes.
Drivers are very nice & professional. Prices are fair. It's been about a year now. Better than Uber
