The team did an excellent job, ensuring that every detail was taken care of with precision. Ray, in particular, was outstanding with communication, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. After dealing with multiple contractors doing various work on my home, Ray was by far the best from his knowledge, recommendations you truly get a sense that he cares enough to find the best solution. His team was professional, courteous, and worked efficiently. I love their warranty/ policies and also their willingness to help. Jonathan and Ramon really came through for us in a time of need. We had been dealing with a bad leak in our basement for 6 months and after having around 10 general contractors come out to assess the damage and repair (receiving quotes upwards of $40-60K) we were advised to seek waterproofing specialists. That's when I found HRC Waterproofing. Their reviews were great and our experience with them matched all the ones we read. Soon after submitting my inquiry, their coordinator reached out to schedule an assessment and quote visit just a couple days later. Jonathan came to understand the situation and look at the damage and source of the leak. Since we were splitting the cost with our neighbor, it was a bit more complex in pricing and invoices but Jonathan worked with us and was able to have contracts and scope of work written up within days. The cost was very affordable compared to all other contractors we spoke with and they included a 15 year warranty. They were also sympathetic towards our situation and with an upcoming storm approaching they squeezed us in the Friday after we signed and paid our deposit. The team came and made sure to lay down canvas so that our apartment would not get dirty and worked quickly and efficiently. They were open to hearing our concerns throughout the repair and water tested during each stage to diagnose all problem areas and addressing them so that no water was coming in at the end. We couldn't recommend HRC enough and we are grateful that they came in to end our 6 month leak.

The quality of the work and materials was superior, their prices were competitive, and the communication Ray gave us throughout the process was beyond call of duty. I have just recently renovated 2 houses, and have to say I was very impressed with everything the HRC teams did to make us happy customers. Angel and his team put back the tiles and sheetrock that were removed during the waterproofing process — perfectly! They were so polite, clean, and efficient. HRC waterproofed the foundations at the back of our house and improved drainage in the yard. Jonathan and Ray were communicative and helpful, the guys doing the work were efficient, thorough and careful, and the price for the scope and some needed extras was clear and reasonable. The work has not yet been tested by heavy rainfall but it was necessary to prevent seepage that was making the basement wall damp. We now have peace of mind for the future.

Incredible experience with HRC waterproofing. After three basement floods over 10 years we reached out to HRC and Raymond and his team (on short notice) put in pumps and a French drain. Our basement has stayed dry through several severe storms in which our neighbors experienced flooding.
