My son has been playing Baseball for as long as I can remember and I’ve never seen him more determined to be great. Since he’s been with SE Elites he’s grown so much as a player and a person . He’s more open minded about what teamwork really is . The coaches at SE are more than just coaches . They really care about these players on and off the field. On so many different occasions I’ve seen the coaches have heart to heart conversations with these boys . If you are looking for an organization to help you grow this is the the one to join.

Our family has known Shaun Ellis for four years and he is a consummate professional on and off the field.  I have had the opportunity to observe Shaun both in practice and at games.  He is fantastic with his players – making every situation a teaching moment and explaining the why with the how.  If he were not a player and coach, Shaun would be a great teacher, and he is – teaching his players the value of teamwork and sportsmanship.  He is calm and encouraging, always striving to bring the best out of his players.  He does not yell, get upset, or set a bad example like so many youth coaches you see at every tournament.  Watching Shaun speak to players after a win or loss is inspiring to the players and he provides a fitting example of how the boys should conduct themselves both on and off the field.

Shaun and SE Elites have been great for our son. Shaun’s knowledge, experience and honesty have served our son well in the 2yrs that he’s been with him. Shaun and his coaches passion for the game comes out with every practice, game, and social media message. You can see his kids are absorbing everything he and the coaches are saying and they are bringing it into their everyday day life either personally, academically or on the baseball field. I’m truly appreciative what SE Elites has provided to our son and family.

After a number of years with a really large baseball academy we were looking for a change. Someone told us about Shaun and we reached out to him for some one on one pitching work. It was clear from day one that we would be joining his program. Shaun is professional, experienced, and respectful. He has high expectations for his players and is tough when he needs to be but always with a positive vibe. The entire program is great from top to bottom. There is constant communication, they are focused on the complete athlete, and they are working to build something truly special. I love that there is nutrition incorporated into what they are teaching! We are so excited for the summer season and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a quality baseball program to look no further than SE Elites.

My son has been involved in SE Elites for 1 year. He always loved playing baseball even at a young age. Shaun and his expert staff of coaches has encouraged my son to push himself to train and perform and compete at a higher level. Shaun has inspired my son to increase his work ethic. Completely positive experience working with Shaun Ellis. Our son has trained with him for four years, and Shaun has helped him mature as a pitcher and become more serious as an athlete. I preference this by saying I’ve been involved with the game of baseball in some capacity for over 40 years and my son has been playing organized ball since he was 3 years old. I was referred to Shaun and his program in the fall and from my first interaction with Shaun, I knew he and his program was the place for my son. Shaun’s reputation speaks for itself. Not only from an instruction and training standpoint but in areas no other program touches upon. There is a focus on arm recovery and in season strength training that I’ve never seen in any other program. They’ve also added a nutritionist to the program which shows how much they care for each of the players. The communication is done in a timely manner and you know what is expected of each player. Shaun and his staff of experienced coaches and instructors show a genuine interest in all of the players and focus on all of their unique skill sets. They all not only care about the growth and success within the game but also for their future as they grow as men. There is no doubt Shaun and his staff will bring the best out of my son. If anyone is looking for an up and coming baseball program, look no further than SE Elites.

Started with Shaun to help with my sons’ pitching and then continued through the off season to help with strength training. Now so excited to have the boys playing on one of his teams this year. He is so dedicated to helping young players develop to be the best player he can be. He does this with state of the art technology and with safety of the athlete in mind. So glad we found him!
