I had a column that supports the front porch roof replaced and that was expertly done.  I was very pleased with the skill and knowledge that went into that and that encouraged me to continue and have the house painted by Obando Construction.
This was the first time I have had a contractor paint my house - I have always done it myself - so I tended to follow the painter around more than I should have, but he was very patient with me. The metal edging around the roof which had been peeling badly was prepared very well and I have confidence that the new paint will last.
Painting included details on sculptured garage vents and some stucco work on the sides of the front porch where the design was updated and these were superbly done.
The main thing I want to thank Obando Construction for was the way their assigned painter arrived every day before 8 am and would stay until his personal goal for the day had been met – on one day he worked 11 hours – and he came every day until the job was done.

I just got fresh tile put down and now needed baseboards installed. I found Obando Construction Corp. I got 3 other quotes from other companies, but Obando Constr. came in much cheaper than the other quotes, by $1000. I know less price usually means less quality, but the owner, Nelson, came by and gave me a very detailed and informative walk-thru. Then gave me a fantastic price for the job!!
The greatest experience I had was the final bill. I had to pay half, initially. I needed a little extra work done, with the existing drywall, but Nelson refused to charge me for the extra work! Who does that in Miami? So, I'm MORE than pleased with these guys and this company. I will always call Nelson and Obamdo Construction, when I need their services!!!

If you want the job done right, the first time, call these guys!

I found Obando Construction through Home Advisor to install a granite countertop. I could not be happier with this company. Nelson Obando gave me a quote within my budget, gave me several material options, and in less than two days after I gave the go ahead my countertop was installed. The installers were very professional and took their time making sure every detail was to perfection. I highly recommend this company.

Needed to get new tiles in the house to update my grandparents house. Got 4 different quotes from companies. They were all in the same price range except for one. When the came to inspect they also asked about the walls if I wanted them painted, quoted me a packaged deal. Got the tiles done, they did a skim coat and painted the interior. They stuck to the schedule and did a great job!!

Not professional and not responsible. They set prices and regret it after, and when we did agree on a price they decided not to show up. Save your time and money and don’t deal with them and keep looking for good honest Contracotr.
