Amazing!!! So many people warned me about doing an addition, the most warning was with a GC. From the first time I met John Beach, he made made me feel comfortable, he gave me all my option and I always felt like he had my best interest in mind, he was respectful and patient through the whole process. Doing an addition has many unforeseen things that come up constantly, John Beach made the whole process enjoyable, which is what it should be. His crew was amazing from his son, to all the different trades doing the work, you can tell they have been together for a long time. They were very reliable, and the crews working at the house gave me a sense that I could trust them. All city inspections were passed with no issues. I highly recommend them, here are some photos of their work through the whole process.
