Tiny lobster rolls, not as advertised and it seems to be a recent change based on what I’m reading in other recent reviews (October 2024).

Food: if you get a lobster roll, you’re basically paying $25 for a small appetizer. If that’s all you’re expecting, you might not be so disappointed. But based on the photos I saw and the reviews I read (now I realize those are old reviews) I was really excited to get one of these huge succulent lobster rolls. What I got was small and disappointing. Pictured for reference.

Service: super nice staff, I felt bad leaving a review like this because the people working there were nice.

Also… it was a busy Friday night, lots of people out and about. I was the only person in this establishment. I feel like that should have told me something.

Second time dining here. Owner is a really cool laid back guy. Definitely a small locally owned business which feels great to see thrive. We always get the Deep South and the New England roll. The roll is always thick and well sauced from the lobster meat. The toppings are simple and delicious. It’s expensive, but it’s a great lobster roll; especially since there aren’t many places to get one worth its price.

If you are reading this review and thinking about eating here just get in your car and go. The food is absolutely fantastic and second only to the great service provided by Evan and his family. We love the Connecticut roll, Mac and cheese, and golden potatoes. We will definitely be back to try more.

The lobster rolls were superb! We tried the Connecticut style, accompanied by chips and a drink. They were incredibly fresh, generously buttered, and bursting with flavor. We enjoyed them so much that we decided to get an extra one. The pricing was fair, and the service was excellent. A must stop while in Boca!

I have never had a lobster role like this one before; especially Hawaiian style. Let alone fresh Maine lobster in it.
This change my life! I travel often but I would make sure to come back for this role at this location.
Very personable family from Brooklyn who put your needs first. They were giving us local spots to visit and very charismatic!

My wife and I couldn’t wait for this store in Boca Raton to reopen. The prior owners were great and always available. We used to get the Connecticut lobster roll. It was always completely filled with large chunks of lobster.
When we went to this same store once reopened we order the same. However, it was half filled up and the same price. If you look at their website the lobster rolls are completely filled up with succulent lobster.
I would be very hesitant in buying lobster rolls from this store.
Today(October 2024) Saturday we tried to order lobster one more time from the Boca Raton store. My wife ordered on their website which specified that they were open. We ordered the same type of lobster rolls we did about a month ago, we specified that we would pick them up at 6:00pm. It takes 30 minutes to get there. When we arrived the store was closed. My wife called the Ft. Lauderdale store which also own the Boca store. The manager told us that it should be open and did not know what happened. We paid by credit card and wanted to make sure that it wouldn’t go through. He said that he would call us tomorrow. What poor service and incompetence. You would be crazy if you ordered from them. Will follow up with you all.

Best lobster roll south of Cape Cod! The lobster meat is always fresh and delicious. Customer service is always friendly and top notch. They offer many choices, we always come back to the Connecticut roll. It just doesn't get any better. We like to take our rolls to the beach or nearby boat ramp to enjoy the view.

Excellent lobster rolls, I had the Maine and Connecticut both with fresh Maine lobster.

The only wee negative is there’s no dine in service, take out only, there tables outside should you want to dig in ASAP

All in all a must try reasonable prices and great food, Evan was our contact, very helpful.
