My company is working as a Sub - Contractor for CMT Design and Construction, I have to say that starting from initial meeting with Jim and the team were very professional and I felt positive vibes after discussing our Kitchen Worktops project, We started the project in E17 and while going thru the site, I found the site to be very clean, well organised, secured, and all the interiors were protected to deliver the best to their clients, The Project Manager Salar and Ibraheem were so helpful to my team explaining the full procedures, risk management and all, I worked on other commercial sites but to be honest it was so messed up (No Site Tidiness, No Accident and incident reporting arrangements were there) but here at CMT Design and Construction the team made me feel friendly and great - Thank you to Jim and the team at E17 project 🙂 Regards - Az

Careless always making noise in Fitzrovia. The are building in Fitzroy street and making such big noise pollution. I don't understand how the council could approve noises at such hours like 7 am. I made complaint to the Council and asked them to do it in the afternoon but nothing to do.
Learn respect for others.
And you should respect the law as heavy noises can be made only after 8

From the beginning to the end, CMT Constructions provided an excellent service. I contacted them on phone and they promptly called me back the next day with correct and reliable information. They arranged for a survey on the same day, and Kethy from CMT came out to assess the building along with his team and recommended the best solution for the development. I expressed how I wanted our IT Business spread in 3 floors and loft to be, and he got back to me with a fair and reasonable quote for the work to be completed as per the contract

The Construction team were very polite, neat, and tidy when they came to the site, They completed the work required with no mess left behind and even helped me put the carpet to make it a little more cozy for storage.

Overall, CMT Constructions provided a 5-star service from start to finish, and I highly recommend this company.

They work in residential aerea making loud noises at 7 while people have to sleep to go to work.

Bought a flat that CMT construction had worked on: issue after issue with the building and they were unwilling to fix any of it meaning leaseholders are lumped with the cost
