I contacted A Better Door and received a message back from Sergio very quickly. I called and spoke to him and he was able to send a repair technician out for a free estimate right away. Leo showed up within about 30 minutes and he was quickly able to diagnose and recommend repair. My garage spring had snapped in half and one of the brackets separated from the garage door. Luckily, he had everything needed to do the repair right then and there. Leo was very friendly and took his time explaining to me a few things regarding the spring guage size, length, etc. and the torque needed for the right balance to handle the weight of the door. I really appreciated this and how fast and painless the whole process from contact to payment was. These guys are great! 5 Stars!
