A number of years ago, Affinity Construction re-built my garage and did a wonderful job. I have called on Peter Shepard for a number of issues that I have had with my multi family home over the years. His brother, Michael, had taken care of and fixed my air conditioning system for years.
Due to this past winter storms, my house had some significant damage, Peter and his crew removed the existing vinyl siding and replaced the rotted wood that was found and re-sided with Hardie shingles. They also replaced some windows and remodeled a kitchen.
Peter communicates frequently and the jobs were done on time and on budget.. He and his brother and their crew are wonderful to work with and I would not consider anyone else for future projects or fixes.

Micheal and his team installed three state-of-the-art heat pump systems in my home with all associated ductwork and electrical. The whole team genuinely cared about performing honest and high quality work to the customer's satisfaction. Mike worked tirelessly to ensure that placement of all ductwork runs, registers, heat pumps, and thermostats were placed where we wanted them and not where it was easiest to install. All challenges were met with a smile and the jobs were done well with expectations communicated at every step. Mike was very knowledgeable about MassSaves initiatives and helped guide us through the process.

The heat pump project went so well, I invited Mike and his team back to complete a hodge podge of smaller jobs. I highly recommend Affinity Construction for your needs. An honest and reliable general contractor is an asset to be sure.

We could not be more happy with our decision to hire Affinity Construction. We had a small addition put on our home and not only was it completed ahead of schedule and on budget, we literally had no complaints from beginning to end. The actual work only took around 6 weeks but prior to that we had many months of hold ups with our town for various reasons. Michael and Peter were very helpful and understanding of the process and extremely patient while we worked out some issues with the town. Once work began, they showed up every single day on time and left the site spotless. Their crew was just as professional and polite as the owners. They promptly responded to our (many) questions over phone and email throughout the process. I really can't say enough about them. They will be my first and only call for any additional projects.

Affinity gets a 5 star review for several reasons; knowledge, quality, trust and very competitive pricing. Our primary goal was to cool our cape style home in the summer months however Mass Save's whole home energy program rebate and 0% loan gave us the opportunity to cool and heat our home using the latest heat pump technology. Mike was very knowledgeable on Mass Save programs and all the documentation submissions required for approval. Mike was also very knowledgeable on the latest Mitsubishi heat pumps (low temp operation, efficiency, quiet). The work he and his team performed was outstanding, two external units and six internal units was a lot but they completed on time and were very respectful when working in our home. Finally, by working directly with Mike vs. much larger HVAC organizations gave us a direct line to the person responsible for quoting and completing the project. I highly recommend Affinity for your next project.

Had a MassSave home energy assement done when we bought our home. Boiler is old and needs to be replaced soon. Rather than buy a new boiler we decided to go with Heat Pumps so we could have the benefit of A/C in the summer time. I had a few different companies come in and quote and Affinity was by far the lowest and for two heat pumps versus their 1. The crew cam in and had the whole job done in two days. They were fast, punctual and very professional. I love our new heat/AC units. Super Happy we went this route and would highly recommend Affinity in both quality and pricing!

I can't say enough about how great the service has been from Affinity. When our furnace recently blew they were quick to the job and quick to replace. They have been managing our HVAC systems for years and we'd melt or freeze without them.

Attention please! First thing first, Mike is tall and handsome:)
Mike's workmanship and his service standards are nothing short of "tall and handsome".
Our 5 year old air conditioner stopped working.
We hired two techs from two different "highly respected" companies. In both cases, we were charged dispatch fees and were told we need to repair/change our Condenser for about $2900...A big chunk of money for a relatively young machine. We were sad...
Until we were introduced to Mike!
He showed up, on time, fully prepared, professionally equipped, and went at the problems right away.
Our Condenser was leaking badly. Plus, the leaking pipes are difficult to reach. As I thought we were screwed....Mike skillfully twisted and pulled the problematic "intestines" out of the lifeless Condenser, fixed the leaks, and brought the whole thing back to life again! Chi-ching! Just like that. Problem solved. Ninja style. Efficient and handsome.
Everyone loves to know and work with real masters. I know I found one.
