Fredy and his team renovated our house eight years ago (2016). He also built a new patio after the renovation.

This year, Fredy worked with the insurance company to repair our main bedroom and kitchen after a water leak in our masters bedroom.

All Trades Construction is our go-to construction company for our house and rental properties.

I had a rush to complete a project before my belongings arrived and Fredy was able to keep up with the timeline while completing quality work. His team painted my walls and trim, installed laminate wood flooring and remodeled a bathroom shower. They were respectful, paid attention to detail, and got the work done. Happy with my experience and will be using Fredy again.

Fast and furious!

I met with Fredy to renovate our vacant unit about a week before project start time. We walked through the property and Fredy provided strong opinions for what this unit needs and does not need. That is something we enjoyed the most. Not someone who tells you to add in the most expensive parts because that was not what we were looking for . We never felt pressured to do any type of job listed on his bid.

He understands his clients whether you are homeowner or investor. Him and his team were pleasure to work witih and they move FAST and FURIOUS !! Fredy provided timely responses on bids and answered all our questions whenever I called him. Will continue working with Fredy and his team.

Freddie and his crew were the best. Very professional and friendly. The service was the best you could ask for, they came in and did the darn thing. Our bathrooms and the wood floors were done. We are so happy. Freddie would always stop by to check the work. Let me tell you they are the best. I'm so glad I inquired about them after seeing the house next door to me.
