Crescent jobsite in Fort Worth is constantly launching debris and trash in the wind, 10 months of requests to clean up. Went over today after picking up another 30 toilet paper roll cores from their porta potties and mounds of styofoam, and the guy who I tried to speak with refused to identify himself even when I had their corporate office on the phone. When I suggested they hire a part time drunk with a face tattoo for $9/hr to pick up trash, since it was a 300m dollar project, he launched into all kinds of craziness trying to call me a Karen and started telling the guys I was a racist and said all kinds of things I did not, and he didn't realize that not only do I speak Spanish with a Harvard ESL certification but my husband and entire family is from Honduras, and he came out and had things to say about that as well. Guy walked off to smoke and drink his coffee as usual, actually standing in trash he was too lazy to pick up. All year in storms sheets of OSB have flown off and dented the property adjacent, tons of foam and at one point wrapped a balcony and the microwave dish. They laughed. These people represent the Crescent Hotel in Fort Worth. Andres says they are all subs and they have no actual contractors. Nor do they supervise their people.
