Had our siding installed today. Great job. We are extremely pleased The crew was here all day and when they were done every piece of scrap was cleaned up You would never know siding installation took place when they left. Great job guys

Miscommunication is the biggest concern. A homeowner puts a roof on once every 30 years. Simply put, worker on the roof tells the homeowner 3 plywood panels needed @ the contracted rate of 100$ sheet installed, points to each one, says it several times, just three needed. Curtis, the liaison between the crew, the owner Segundo, and the homeowner tells us 12 are needed, called Curtis back and let him know the supervisor on the job Luis, told us 3. That’s 300$ extra or $1200 extra, that’s a big difference to me, he said ok if it’s 3 then it’s 300$. Then hours later get a call stating it was 12 sheets put on and it will be the $1200. When I called Curtis, he became upset, indignant, when I questioned the difference and he stated he didn’t appreciate being called a liar. I let him know I’d go in the attic and count them, he called back and said only 11 were used. He sent pictures of the roof with the plywood missing to prove it was more than three. However that’s a big miscommunication AND he got upset with me for questioning him! ARJ does this daily, a homeowner once every 20-30 years. They offer a quote, let you work with them on a better price. That’s great. They let you know they order a little extra to get the job done and not run out of material. My roof is pretty small, standard rectangular shape on both sides with one tiny dormer thing over the door and a few skylights. Each pkg states the square footage covered, it shouldn’t be that difficult to estimate the amount needed and order an extra bundle for the homeowner. They let you know driftwood color is available but most other colors are not due to production/Covid or something like that. They also say they’ll leave you a package of shingles. They order a half a pallet more shingles than needed, leave you about 5 single shingle pieces out of the package of shingles and they left me that “extra“ plywood piece, they did reduce the bill by $100. On the bright side the roof looks nice, I wont have a clue on the quality of the job until it rains /snows over the winter, they were on time, and the crew cleaned up pretty well.....which includes the $$ and more materials for the next job.

Segundo and his crew did an exceptional job with my roof. They were all very respectful and worked diligently the entire time. Not only did the roof come out perfectly the clean up was immaculate. The care and respect all of Segundo's employees had is something I hold in high regard. I would highly recommend this company for any service they provide.
