I don’t typically write reviews, and if you look at my profile, I actually only write positive reviews. I chose this company based on their positive reviews here on yelp! BUT if your investing in a roof or a construction project buyer beware!! They don’t stand by their product!
We had our my roof replaced by B&D Roofing in September/October 2022. Less than two and half years later, we have a leak causing damage to our bathroom. I've tried reaching out to the company multiple times over the past three weeks to get this resolved, but every time we speak they come up with a new excuse for why they can't come out and look at / fix the issue.
Today, they were supposed to come out, but as expected, no one showed up and there was no communication. When I called to follow up, they said they were busy with another job and wouldn’t be available until possibly Thursday, since they don’t work tomorrow or Wednesday.
I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability from this company. The leak is clearly caused by poor craftsmanship, and yet they have shown no urgency in fixing it or standing by their work. If you're looking for a roofing company that will actually take care of its customers and honor its warranties, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. It's been nearly three weeks with no resolution, and I’m left dealing with the damage while they continue to avoid responsibility.

B&D Construction & Painting company quickly came to my house to give me a cost estimate. I had to install 2 roof vents for bathroom exhaust fans. They gave me the lowest quote and based on their experience, I selected them. They came to my house when scheduled and completed the job in a few hours. They put in the 2 roof vents and they also installed all the ducting (venting hose) in the attic to connect the 2 bathroom exhaust fans to the 2 new roof vents. Everything works great now. They cleaned up behind them, and left behind a happy customer (me). I recommend them highly and will use them again for other projects.

Although they have not yet completed the work I need, they were extremely responsive. I have been calling around as I need to have my fence repaired and most companies have not even returned my call. B&D returned my call immediately and were out here the same day to provide a quote. So far they have been amazing and I will update once the job is done.

Update: The fence is fixed and they did a great job. They were fast efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I now have them coming back to fix a bunch of rotting boards on the pool deck. Would certainly recommend to anyone who needs to have some work done!

I contacted B&D to request an estimate to fix my backyard fence. I reached out to 2 other companies, and one never got back to me, and the other wouldn't repair a fence that they didn't install. I called on a Friday when I noticed that two panels were damaged. It appeared that a vehicle may have hit the fence. B&D took my call and scheduled a time to come out the very next day. They assessed the damage, gave me an estimate, and made the repair. They needed a bracket since the original one was broken. They went and bought the part and made the repair all within an hour. I really couldn't ask for anything more. I will use them again in the future.

Contacted Beni based on the google reviews. He was responsive, showed up on time and gave me a fair price to put new fence in place instead of the old one. Job done without any issues or delays. Very satisfied will work with them again.

B&D was quick to call and provide an estimate. We had a tricky fence installation around a tree root and the B&D team did a beautiful job on their install. They also did a great job cleaning our gutters and sealing up a leaky seam. Price was very reasonable, work was quick and professional.
