We own a small commercial plumbing company called R E Martin Plumbing INC and we have done work with Birchmier Construction INC for a few years now and they have been an outstanding partner in this rather difficult industry we work in today. They are very professional and do their best to keep their subs informed and up to date on the projects we are working on together. I own a private preschool called My First Academy and Birchmier built a large facility for us in Orlando and did AN EXCELLENT job. They were very professional from the beginning. They were always there and willing to go the extra mile for me and my company. Quick to respond and willing to work with us. Everyone on the team was very friendly, from the receptionist to the owner of the company. I would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

Birchmier built out a large facility for us in Orlando and did an excellent job. From the beginning they were professional, quick to respond and willing to work with us. No one likes change orders but they kept them to a minimum and tried to come up with creative solutions to get around some of our costly problems. Everyone on the ream was friendly and kept the site clean and secure. The biggest thing for me was once the job was completed if we had any little issues or want to change something they were there to fix it quickly and with no questions asked. I would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

Over the years Birchmier Construction has done several remodeling's for Antonios.They have always not only done an excellent job on the quality of construction but worked with us to never have to close any of our restaurants during construction, no matter how exstenicve. They have always stayed within thier budgets and were very disiplined in change orders.I would recomend them, as I still use them for differentjobs.

Very disappointed with the process of construction, very unprofessional treatment of client, bad communication. Company doesn't have their own employees, everything done by very unexperience sub-contracts. Now when construction is over and they are paid, they don't respond to ongoing issues... we are having huge issues with Roof, air conditioning, paint, landscaping. I will not recommend them to my worst enemy.
