Ive had multiple professional interactions over the last 15 years. I built a custom lakefront home and purchased a spec home during that time. Always easy to reach. They Pride themselves on high quality finished and guarantee the work.
No issues with having them return if something isnt quite right. No new home stays perfect and they are happy to find a resolution to see that any fixes are looked after. I’ve had Biljana come back years after purchasing my new home for a consult on basement finishing and she was very quick to help. Oli has beautiful design taste and will help pick the best finish for your style. This team is truly salt of the earth. I highly recommend this team to do your custom home build.
