The food was very good.My husbands fried catfish was well seasoned and crispy. My burger was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was lively and friendly. There was a large crowd because of the football game, and the restaurant seemed short staffed, but we still got our food quickly. All of the servers were nice and asked if we needed anything. Overall it was a great experience.

We went to Boiling Tails for the first time tonight and definitely loved it. We ordered the daily special which on Sunday is chicken fried steak or chicken fried chicken with green beans and mashed potatoes for only $7.99 to be honest I wasn't expecting much but I was very pleasantly surprised the food was hot fresh and tasted great. The steak to crust ratio was perfect and cooked well and for the price of $7.99 you can't go wrong. I'm going to definitely return and try some of their other daily specials. Be sure to check this place out and look at the specials and also shayley our waitress was amazing as well. My only note to the owner would be to advertise the daily specials a little more and get the word out.

I had my first experience a few weeks ago at Boiling Tails. We were a group of 10. Food was great. Everyone got something different and all were happy with what they got. Service was excellent! Very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere! We will definitely go back!

Great food. Mediocre service considering there was only 2 other table with patrons. Waitress spent more time being people walking in about the Bill Bates Tailgate party that was happening the next day. These people came in, didn't buy anything, and got better service, while I sat waiting to order and get a refill. I good 15 minutes of her explains the party to non customers.

This restaurant experience was trash the fish was disgusting it didn’t taste like fresh fish it had that fishy taste to it and it was soggy, I like my fish fried hard and crispy the hush puppies looked like mozzarella stick and was very bland the crab Mac and cheese balls were ok but the sauce that came with it was disgusting as well too vinegary for me the fries were ok they tasted like regular fries overall this place gets a zero out of ten in my book I would not eat here again the food needs more flavor but the customer service was great the restaurant was clean the food portion is good as well but the food taste plain and flavorless

Love the food, atmosphere and waitress! Check for weekly specials! CFS meal $7.99 on Sunday, all you can eat fried catfish meal $9.99 on Thursday, BOGO burger meal on Friday.

I'm very disappointed. A group of us ate there tonight. My check was 78.00 with gratuity added. The waitress kept running my card for 93.00 ..I always use a prepaid card, and not my cc because of interest charges. And over charging. My card was ran 4 times. Each time it declined because I had 80.00 on the card. It was enough to cover my check and her tip. Each time my card declined it took .50 off my card. It was so embarrassing And the waitress said she was new and don't know why it's doing that. I ended up leaving and going to the atm to withdraw the money to give cash.
This was my first time there and I'm very shocked. Also, the waitress gave me the wrong food and I ate one of the shrimp and realized this wasn't mines. She took it away and passed the platter to my cousin, that I ate from.

Her personality was nice, but service was terrible. My other cousin had the same dilemma as I did. Her meal was 100 plus dollars including gratitude. When the waitress charges her card, it ran for 200 plus dollars...just like mines did,,, double gratitude being charged.

It was a very disappointing EMBARRASSING SITUATION,,,It appeared as if I didn't have the money to pay for my meal. I had more than enough to cover my meal and more. But the prepaid card had the exact dollar amount I added, and the exact amount that was on my receipt.

I ended up paying in cash, and STILL gave an extra tip outside of the one included in the cash money I had.

A manager had to be called to help the waitress with her errors... honestly it wasn't a good experience ?

Ordered snow crab legs, corn, sausage in the “It’ll change your life” sauce and I can confirm that it will change your life by giving you high blood pressure, high cholesterol if you don’t already it. It was so salty just tastes like salty butter. I only got one corn and 2slices of sausages (literally 2pcs of sausages) not even 1/2 a sausage and this was $5 extra (for 1 corn and 2 slices of sausages) You can buy a pack at the store for that price. This little amount for $38. I literally went home and took the crab legs out the sauce and rinsed the corn off cause it was drenched in the sauce. Way over priced could have went somewhere else and got crab legs, shrimp, more corn and way more sausages for cheaper and better flavor. I asked for medium heat and it was not hot at all. 1st and last time for seafood.
