The folks at Capital were excellent. From John and Tess at our first consult, to Joe onsite and Cynthia in the office, everyone was professional, courteous, and responsive to our questions and clear in their explanations. The team they brought in to do our roof was exceptional – getting our 3200 sq ft roof removed and replaced in just two days. They were up and running from first light to sunset and knocked it out in no time. Cleanup was meticulous and they left the work area and around the house spotless. I’m happy to recommend them, and we plan to use them in the future.

We just had an estimate meeting with Cameron and it was so helpful. He asked us a bunch of questions to narrow down exactly what we needed, got us thinking about our options, and explained the company process really well. It was nice to be able to pick the doors and features with their program and get a nice visual of what they would look like. Overall a great, professional experience!

I met with Josh and Anthony the other day to go over all my options with vinyl siding. Amazing team. They explained it in depth and had many different choice. Today I met with just Josh. Very professional and loved his personality and knowledge on the products. This company came in lower than previous quotes. Looking forward to working with Capital Construction in the future.

They tried to con me with special one day take it or leave offer from the owner. It was a con as I found out after getting 2 local expert opinion nothing was needed. They said rafters were rotted, needed a new roof, the red cedar shingles siding were no good, it was all a lie. I wouldn’t trust these con artist to wash my windows.

Always read the bad reviews, avoid the pressure sales talk, and get several offers. Do not sign or pay wait, think it over couple of days you will save money.

Capital did an outstanding job roofing my house. Roof was 20 years old and had buckled in a couple places. Needed to replace 2 plywood sheets. Material used top quality. Proj mgmt (Danny H) was great, responsive, communicated well, proactive. The roofing team was great especially in the 90f temps with dew points over 70. Hard workers, quality work. Excellent cleanup. You can find someone cheaper but not with the quality. Highly recommend.

Cam and Mike were excellent at breaking down the specifics of the scope of our intended project. They were very informative and had plenty of good advice without being pushy. I feel confident that we will have a good experience with the residing and repair work of our house.
