The communication with the workers on the job site was always very courteous and answered my questions. They always looked very professional while working and dealing with the public. The work zones were set up in a way that made it easy to understand and navigate. After the completion of their job, the roads were paved nicely, the drainage was more than functional, and the greenspace was put back in good condition. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Cathcart Construction they were in my neighborhood to put sewers in my entire block they were helpful and considerate and did an excellent job all the workers went out of their way to make sure mine and all my neighbors got our trash down to the end of the block so it could be picked as our road was totally undriveable for the trash trucks so thank you Cathcart

They have been "working" on the downtown St. Cloud re-bricking of the streets and its been horrible! The bricks don't lay flat and pop out at the slightest nudge of a foot (so they're well suited for cars obviously). The job for 4 city blocks has taken over a year and shut down most of our local businesses due to blocking access to their shops for months and months at a time. So. I'm curious... who's pocket are you in? The mayor? City council? You have to be doing backdoor dealings because you sure don't have the quality to support the amount of money our city is throwing at you to ruin us. I don't recommend them at all. Run, don't walk, to another contractor.

Ruined the downtown streets of St.Cloud. A less than 6 month project has been going on for over 2 years now. They are good at collecting checks but not good at their trade.

Needless to say dozens of locally owned businesses have closed down a result to this companies incompetence.

After reading all the st.cloud reviews, why did orange city contract them? It seems like they took on more than they can do in orange city. They closed east bound west graves on aug31 & tore up the road, they said 2 weeks, updated estimate just came out 2 months & they are closing west bound too. Funny part is no work done in the road area, first 12 days. They dug a hole yesterday took them an hour haven't seen them since. Too many projects not enough workers. No clear plan. EDIT: I just remembered florida law must pick lowest bid. There needs to be regulation for contractors, if found to be incompetent, or miss time estimates by months/years lose license.
