Centennial homes is an exceptionally great builder. They deliver on their promise of superior workmanship and do not cut corners. We were so happy with the end product of our home. The finishes were not like other cookie cutter builders. The administrative team was also helpful throughout the process of our Preconstruction purchase. I would recommend this builder to family and friends.

Centennial Construction is what you call top of the line builder, from day 1 they have taken care of any concerns, to decor appointments to assisting us with any questions, the best thing about them is they deliver quality and not a basic production home. There finishes are beautiful and nothing beats there price , I recommend anyone buying in the Niagara region stop and first visit them to do a cross comparison, I assure you that you won’t be disappointed, 10 stars to this amazing builder :):)..

Just don't. My experience with this company was painful from the get-go. They were unresponsive, unethical, with no customer follow-up or consideration. I could go on and on. Beware. They will tell you anything you want to hear, and then totally disregard it all. I can't express it enough...stay away from Centennial Construction. We had to file multiple complaints against them.

Yesterday I did Pre-Deliver Inspection with the company of my friend. We are all astonished and impressed with the high quality material and workmanship of the construction. They attend to details and care about each steps of every process. In the interaction with the company, I found the whole team is just like one family. They coordidate very well and are very responsive and professional. Whenever I need any help or documentations, they react it instantly without any delay. They put their clients' interests first and upmost . As a real estate agent, I will definite promote their good service and recommend my clients and friends to buy their dream home from Centennial Construction.
