Champ construction has been awesome! Over the past 5 years we have worked together on two office renovations and my own home build which was ground-up construction. Every project I have done with Champ has been very challenging, either due to the remoteness of the location for my home construction, or the time frame required with my office renovations, but Champ has pulled through every time. My latest renovation they were able to stay on schedule and completed the work in record time. I am confident no one else could have pulled off what they did. I really appreciate their work and honesty.

Working with Jon (the primary contact) felt like having a family member in the business = helpful and a good advocate for a client's needs and interests. Jon understand that his customers are cost conscious and appreciate a contractor that meets deadlines. The prices were so reasonable that I expected the final bill to be 25% higher. In fact, the final bill came in a few dollars below budget.

The home I purchased had a few permit issues lingering from the previous owner. Jon worked with the City of Clovis to efficiently and inexpensively resolve all of the issues.

Champ Construction has been working on my office remodel for the last 2 months. We are just now coming to the end of it and I can’t say enough good about John Michael and his father. The remodel has been great, it’s a 2,200 sqft dental office that has been taken from 1984 to a very welcoming and inviting, modern office. What I appreciate even more though, is the character of these two guys. I have really appreciated how they have handled the entire project, working through every hurdle and issue with ease and great communication. The project was tough because I had to stay open during construction, which put constraints on when things could be done. They were also very respectful of my budget and Spent a lot of effort to make sure we stayed within it. They’ve done an excellent job working around my constraints and meeting my expectations. I will be using them again to be certain.

I found Champ Construction when I needed to get a house ready to sell. They responded to my inquiries immediately and came in with the low bid. Jon-Michael and Greg are both very professional. The one time that one of them didn't arrive early, he called ahead to apologize because he was going to be 5 minutes late. Every repair was completed on time. Both men have a serious old-school attitude: No job is finished until it meets their standards. Greg called a subcontractor back to retouch an area where I hadn't noticed a problem.
When I started the upgrades on the house I'm moving into, I called them back. This time, they were the only company I called.
