I've been coming here for several years and the staff are all fantastic people, the ladies at the front desk are all very nice and welcoming. To the person who complained about the intake line, I agree, when I re-entered the system a year ago the man who spoke to me on the phone seemed extremely bothered to be doing his job and had no compassion at all for who he was talking to. Not sure who it was but that guy was rude. Everyone else I've worked with there has been great though.

Rude representative on domestic violence hotline. Very rude. The opposite of helpful. In fact, somewhat abusive. Rudeness and difficulty not uncommon. (A few real people, empathetic, patient, kind, but more and more rare). Organization hasn't helped at all. Low star reviews apparently are removed, by the way; there used to be more.

I've been taking my daughter here for over 5 months now. She's only been seen 4 times! And we are on her second counselor now. I'm not sure why this place takes new clients when it's quite clear they are absolutely booked! I just really feel it's been a waste of time and it's really sad. Mental health illness should be taken VERY serious and it shouldn't be so hard and frustrating to get my daughter help. It won't be much longer before I give up on this place and I don't recomend to anyone who truly needs the help..

Very unprofessional! I called to request an intake for counseling services due to my depression and my call was answered with an attitude then transferred to intake rep whom seem upset I disturbed him. I called back to speak to a supervisor just to be refused to be spoken to by a supervisor but yet forwarded to a counselor I put an old complaint on. (Counselor provided services to my child in the past).This place is a joke! They're uninterested in actually helping clients, all they want to know is what insurance you have.

My children and i go to the one on 330 Delaware and we love it ... Its beautiful and warm people greet you with a smile .... They also give refreshments and make u feel at home with a moving playing for the kids in lobby ... they give away free books? ... My children the this place and so do i ... We receive lots of help and im glad we go here ...

I beg to differ they are not empathetic definitely not rare if anything they’re below average they do not care do not concern them selves and they are professionals at passing the buck when it comes to children the Buck should stop with the first contact they continue to fail children on a daily basis because they’re only there for a paycheck
