Dallas and his team were excellent to work with! From beginning to end the process was smooth and streamlined. You can tell they’ve been in this business for awhile. Told Dallas our ideas and what we wanted and he was upfront about the good and bad, what would work and what wouldn’t, etc. Once they got to work, his team moved quickly and efficiently. The whole project took less than a week (good weather for most of the week). Very happy we found Circle D Construction! We have more projects in mind and will definitely be calling Dallas and his crew back!

We own a new build home with a spacious, triangular shaped lot. The lot is full of rocks, some quite large - that are close to the surface, making trenching and digging down a challenge.

We had several estimates for our outdoor living space, which MAINLY included a stand-alone covered patio with a built-in kitchen and bar, a patio extension (tiny existing patio), a generous fire pit area with seating and a short divider fence for our dogs. All three with a Oklahoma flagstone surface. Circle D also planted three trees, had the back yard leveled and new sod and new sprinklers installed.

Owner of Circle D Construction, Dallas’ Deaver’s professional and friendly manner at our first meeting put me at ease and it felt as though I was speaking to a long lost friend.

Dallas and his crew have many years of experience and have differing areas of expertise. We have three dogs, and the crew was very careful to work with us to keep them from escaping. At the end of every work day, a reasonable effort was made to keep things in the yard as neat as possible - hey it’s a construction zone!

His hands-on attention to detail makes me believe he treats all projects as if they are happening at his own property. Dallas’ follow up response throughout our project was always timely. He will visit the project often to keep tabs on his crews.

Full disclosure, there were some hiccups as far as permits - being that we are bordered by three counties and Fort Worth. This delayed some elements of our project, but we were always updated in a timely manner. Circle D was always on top of these permit issues.

We also had some integral parts that were missing for our gas insert for our fire pit that we delivered. Dallas came through and expedited a local order to keep things rolling for the firepit. Parts being scarce and all, because of supply chain or Covid issues - your choice.

Elisabeth came out several times to check on things and also walk me through some sprinkler tech stuff. I can’t say enough good things about his talented and hard working crew - (sorry if I messed up spelling or missed anyone) Tito, Jose, Ernest, Renee, Juan.

There were some other items that needed follow-up attention after all was complete, and also not directly his fault. Circle D came back several times to make sure all was happy-happy.

What I learned - Dallas will listen to what your vision is. Dallas will give you his input based on his decades of experience in creating outdoor living spaces…everything from sprinkler heads, to covered patios, walls, etc. Keep your vision but listen to his common sense advice. Bottom line, be assured, you are in good hands with Dallas and Circle D Construction. Working with Dallas and Circle D was a pleasure. It’s probably as close as you’ll get to having a good friend or relative in the business.

Circle D did a great job installing a channel drain and solving a flooding issue that had been going on for 29 years! Dallas is an honest professional, and his crew were on-time, courteous, and did great work!

I wanted to wait a few months before leaving a review, so I could see the true results of the backyard project that Circle D did… that being said, I cannot recommend them enough. They put in a patio, new sod, and repaired my sprinkler system and the results are amazing. They completed the project above my expectations, in the timeline presented, and at a price that was better than any other bids I received. The grass has held and is established which has not been the case with my yard in the past

Dallas and his team are excellent! They were able to fix a severe drainage issue we've had for years that no one else could. We talked to 5 contractors and Dallas was the only one who could think outside the box and really listen to our concerns. The team is polite, knowledgeable, quiet (we didn't even hear them working!), and clean. We had a few questions about changes at the end of the first day of work which were addressed and resolved the next morning by Dallas. We highly recommend Circle D and will definitely use them again should we have the need!
