From before we started working with the adjuster all the way through the final work site cleanup, the staff here talked us through what to expect, what would come next, and how best to navigate each step of the process. I didn't know anything about how to approach roof repair, but thanks to this team I fully understood each step of the process before, during, and after. Work done exactly on time and very happy with the bottom line. Would absolutely recommend!

After several major hailstorms in May, my roof succumbed to the buffeting of hail, tree limbs, and heavy winds. Between the age of the roof and the storms, I didn’t have the best insurance policy. I tried to no avail to get my roof repaired, although it really needed to be replaced (on two separate occasions). One day, a sales guy approached me from Classic Roofing & Solar and assured me that their company specialized in working with my insurance company and asked if it was okay for them to inspect my roof the following day. The inspectors came out the next day, and they were personable, yet professional. They went the extra mile in thoroughly examining the damage to my roof and determined that my roof needed to be replaced. They called my insurance company immediately to begin the process of getting the field adjusters out to do an inspection. They came back to that inspection to point out the damage to the roof (they had to do this independently, because I was on nurse duty with my mother). The insurance company fought me, but Classic Roofing & Solar fought harder to get my roof bought. In the end, they won! I just had my roof replaced yesterday, and I’m in love with the exterior of my home. The beautiful charcoal grey contrasts nicely with my brick colors and my home looks updated and polished. Everyone who I encountered from this company was pleasant, patient, and professional. I give them two thumbs up!

James was very thorough and happy to answer all of my MANY questions and was a great help in dealing with the insurance company and explaining the process of the solar side of things. Every time frame that was set was met without any rescheduling or hassles. Kadir Dzemail was my sales rep, he is a very trustworthy young man and knew the whole process on how to give me the best experience with little to no hassle. Shady operation - they changed names and show their previous Google listing as permanently closed. Probably to get rid of some bad reviews.

Believe the bad reviews. They replaced our air conditioning system as part of a storm damage claim. Since then, our summer power bills have been sky high as the new unit struggles to keep the house even remotely cool.

Three different independent and reputable HVAC companies have stated that the new unit is underpowered, but Classic refuses to replace it with the correct size.

We had multiple issues with their repairs, but this was the biggest one.

Classic replaced my roof and it was easy and quick. The Salesman took care of everything and having been a roofer myself, I know it's not easy. I got better materials then were put on my roof by the previous roofer. They even fixed his screw ups. I would highly recommend Classic Roofing!
