i went to visit my sister and brother in law, the staff was helpful It was clean everywhere I went, the room was a good size (it was a suite), clean and quiet, nice bathroom size, an extra corner with an extra seating area for visitors,a lot of parking spaces,and it's easy Access in and out of the parking lot, a friendly atmosphere, it feels good and secure around there, we walk to go eat because it is close to restaurants and convenience store, i really enjoy that place and for the price !!! you can't beat that, i give 41/2 stars for the room because there is maybe some work to do with the seat in the extra corner for visitors witch it still is not bad at all, i will recommend this place to everybody 100% my sister loved it too.

I was very early coming in and was greeted with a smile and kindness. I was given my room early. I had a king suite, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and a variety of cold breakfast. I will stay again. Thank you!

Tried to check-in with a credit card using points reservation only to find out I didn't make the reservation (my mistake). Nancy at the front desk was very patient and helpful as she booked our hotel stay. She was very knowledgeable about the rooms and got us checked in quickly. Room was exactly what we needed. Amazing customer service from Nancy!!! We will be staying here again.

New hotel but only 2 or 2?3 star amenities. That said the room was clean and comfortable. Only ice machine was on the first floor and I was on four. Breakfast was just okay.

Mr. Patel (management) could improve on his customer service. I had a room reserved through external help under my name and confirmation number. The interaction with Mr. Patel was short and unwelcoming. He was even interjecting while I was on the phone with my external help policing with what "can't be done" to resolve the initial concern with securing the room for the nights I'm staying.

By the way, this isn't my 1st time staying in this hotel. Previously, the service and quality was stellar! I'm not sure what's transitioned in thr past few months, but I hope for improvement soon - as I do like this hotel and the convenience of the location due to the proximity of where I'm serving/working.

When the person at the counter tells you that "if you remove your card when the machine tells you to then we have to start again and you WILL be double charged, don't remove it till I tell you to. I am just telling you that it is sure to happen, not just a possibility." I automatically assume that you don't have my interest in mind by sheer negligence. All of the lights were turned off at each individual light in the room, so I had to elwalk around with my cell phone to turn them all on. Why do you even have wall switches? I won't be staying here again. Ya'll should be ashamed of yourselves. There was even rat poop on our night stand!

We were charged the $100 incidental fee when checking in. There was signage to this effect but no one else in our group that checked in (5+ rooms) was charged this upon check in. I had contacted the hotel twice to advise them we were traveling with my husband’s service dog. I also noted this on our reservation that we were traveling with a service animal and I believe that is why they chose to charge us the incidental fee. My husband tried to purchase a pint of ice cream and they would not apply that to the incidental fee. We checked out just after 10am and I was told they would refund once they inspected the room. I realized when I got home that evening that pictures had been sent of towels. 2 minimally soiled washcloths and one more heavily soiled hand towel. I was aware of the hand towel. We had pizza delivered and some hot cheese dip just after 10pm Saturday night. I was not there and my husband was trying to protect the wood surfaces as the boxes were hot and they had spilled the cheese dip during transit. It was all over the boxes and some got on the towel. The hotel told me that the towels did not come clean. The pictures were sent at 11:52 and appeared to be laid on the bathroom floor. I do not believe any attempt was made to launder these washcloths. I frequently launder heavily soiled white baseball pants in a residential washer and they come clean. If a. Commercial washer cannot launder these washcloths then something is wrong. I understand the grease from the cheese dip might not come out but I have never been charged $50 for towel damage by a hotel. I watched towels handed out from the front desk. I wonder how many of those leave the hotel or if they are all accounted for? The makeup cloth in our bathroom was bleach splattered so it does not seem the hotel is concerned with perfection on towels. I don’t know the wash cycle time on a commercial washer but I would assume it is at least 45 minutes. I also watched as rooms were cleaned and linens were piled in the hallway. It did not appear they were rushing to toss them in immediately to wash. An occasional soiled towel should be considered part of overhead for a large hotel chain. Had I been dishonest and taken the towel would I have been charged $50? I have contacted the hotel three times and emailed the GM Patrick. I was told this morning that Patrick would not be responding to my email because he said the charges are valid. I feel it is very unprofessional to refuse to respond to a guest. No email, no call, etc. i feel this hotel did not like we had a service dog and is looking for an excuse to charge us a fee. The hotel was very clean which I appreciate, but unfair treatment of disabled guests is deplorable and I will not stay at this hotel chain again. Also, the electrical outlet behind the sofa, which was the only outlet available to the right side of the bed, is installed crooked and will not hold a plug in securely. The sofa was being used to wedge the plug into the outlet. Outlet placement is not a dealbreaker but bad customer service is. Breakfast was less than average and poorly laid out. I would never take a chance on this hotel unless you bring your own towels.

Do NOT spend your money here. We told the front desk about the problems we were having in our room they moved us rooms and said something will be done. When we checked out we let them know again and the gentleman said of course something would be done because this was unacceptable. However I have called and emailed numerous times to the rude, unprofessional GM Patrick and I have yet to hear from him. I have reported them to the Health and Human Services and have gotten in contact with a health inspector. I tried to get right with them, but apparently it wasn’t important to them. Especially after having cockroaches all over our belongings and my son’s chip bag. This is completely unacceptable!!!
