I had very frustrated experience with sales person name evie. I requested a door estimation a week ago and got no response. So I called back to evie and asked about my project estimation. She made me wait on the phone and looked her note. Then she catches my “ah” which is frustrating big breath. She seems like didn’t even look my plan.
“Are U mad?” And “ I got to go” that’s all I heard over the phone after a week waiting. Sounds like does not want to sell a door. She is not a professional sales person at all.

Terrible experience working with this company. Worked with a sales rep named Evie and could barely receive proper communication to understand specifications required to order a door frame. Received the wrong product and repeatedly tried to get the issue resolved as this was an urgent matter. Spoke to the President Clark Gaddis and still NO resolve or accountability held. They rely on speaking to someone over the phone versus taking a standard order form with detailed information to ensure their customer orders are accurate. It appears this business operates from a state of urgency to complete a sale and get payment. Yet, when a customer has an issue they drag their feet and DO NOT work to resolve customer dissatisfaction. I would not recommend this company to any commercial construction company in the Dallas area, you are better off with a large manufacturer like Grainger.

We needed windows installed in staff office doors at the church where I am the facility manager. They came right out and saw what we needed and gave me a quote that I thought was very fair. When the window inserts came in they called me to schedule the installation and the crew that came out was very professional. They made a mistake on one door but immediately told me about it and we were able to find a spare door to use that day. The next day they called me up and asked me what configuration I wanted the replacement door without me even asking and today they delivered it all stained and ready. That is the professionalism I appreciate in my vendors and will use them for any future door projects!

Terrible customer service. Called at 4:00pm Friday talked to Daniel said he had 2 door handles and needed to pay cash or check as they were closing at 4:30pm. Told him I'd be there as close to 4:30pm and to have them waiting up front. I raced across town got to main door at 4:28pm woman walked out and said they were closed. Went to back door found Daniel walking out door at 4:32pm said they're closed.
